Family-friendly space

The home is a well utilized modern townhouse of 115m2. It's part of the kid-friendly living community Lange Eng in Albertslund, but works in practice as an ordinary townhouse. The ground floor consists of a kitchen living room, toilet with washer and dryer, as well as a chamber with a high bed of 80X200cm with climbing wall (note that the only way up the bed is through the climbing wall). On the 1st floor there are three rooms and a toilet/bath. In two of the rooms there are beds of 140X200cm and in the last one a bed of 90X200cm.

Enjoy the summer in our bright and spacious home close to Copenhagen. Only 20 minutes from the center of Copenhagen is the most lovely housing community, where you can live with direct access to a huge garden, chicken coop, private terrace, herb garden and much more. The housing community is designed by Dorte Mandrup, and is famous for its open, bright homes that invite both community and privacy. In our 115 m2 home there are three bedrooms and a large, bright kitchen/living room.

115 m2 townhouse in a child-friendly housing community

Our 115 m2 townhouse is part of the child-friendly residential community Lange Eng in Albertslund. We have a large common garden with playground, sandbox, swings, campfire, children's bicycles and a lot of other things that children can play with. We live 10 minutes from the station, from which it takes 20 minutes by train to Copenhagen Central Station. Cleaning is not included in the rent. The home is left in the same condition as on arrival.

Village house by forest and close to Copenhagen

Our home is a cosy, old village house with a view of the forest and a field with horses. It is situated in af small village outside of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. It is a fifteen minutes drive to Copenhagen from the house, and to lovely beaches as well. It is cosy with fireplace in the winter, and has a view over the forest and field with horses to enjoy both in summer and winter. We have trampoline in the garden for the kids.

Our place is an 10-15 minute walk to the train station and is 9 stops away from Copenhagen central (20 min) The shops are within walking distance and the Vallensbaek beach is a short 18 minute bike ride from the apartment. Wifi, washing machine, shower, electric fireplace, record player, and kitchen amenities are all available to you.

Train station is 3 km from the house. You can drive, take the bus or use our bikes. Nature and large public pool in walking distance.
