Le Chalet l'Eterlou est à Albiez-Montrond (au dessus de St Jean de Maurienne à 10 mns de St Sorlin d'Arve ) à 1530m jusqu'à 1790m en haut des pistes. Charmant 6 pièces de 110m² équipé pour 10 personnes. Emplacement idéal pour les skieurs tout en bénéficiant de la tranquillité de la montagne. Situé à 500 mètres des remontées mécaniques de la station et 200 mètres du centre village avec tous ses commerces et animations. Ménage de fin de séjour inclus. Location linge de maison possible.

Ce logement paisible, spacieux et très bien agencé offre un séjour détente à toute la famille. Chalet entièrement rénové (fin de la rénovation début décembre 2024), lumineux, bien équipé situé au centre de la station. Accès à pieds : boulangerie, fromagerie, épicerie, magasins de sport, cinéma, piste de luge, ainsi que pistes de ski. Places de parking privatives. Déneigement de l'allée et des places de parking prévu par une société. Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas inclus.

Apartment T2 of 32 m² , on the 1 st floor of a tourist residence with a private pool (opening only in July-August) ,located on the snow front with a ski locker and a parking space. The ESF is located on the ground floor of the residence. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and magnificent view of the Aiguilles d 'Arves and Mont Emy. Caisses and departure from the ski lifts located opposite the residence. A stone's throw from the body of water, general food, and hiking departures.

Putting on skis right at the foot of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all vacationers who go to the snow 🤗 Just 150 meters on skis or on foot from the village square, the ESF, the nursery. In the top 20 charming resort villages and voted the 2nd most welcoming resort in France in 2023 by Airbnb. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school periods and during the ski season. This lovely 4/5 p apartment in a private chalet is conveniently located 100m from the village. Access to the slopes is nearby and you can reach the chalet by ski. It consists of: an entrance with storage cupboard; a bedroom with 3 bunk beds, a living room with equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, sofa bed for 2 people; a bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine. NB: Duvet covers/ towels not provided. A ski locker is available at the entrance to the apartment.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
