Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

In less than half an hour by car or bus (the stop is on the road in front of the apartment) you can reach the beautiful resorts of Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. The charming village of Mergozzo overlooking the lake of the same name is 10 minutes away.
