Cottage in idyllic Öland setting

Now we offer the opportunity to rent our guest house with good standard located next to our holiday home surrounded by meadows. Access to a friends swing. There is a toilet next to the guest house. Only municipal cold water at the sink and inside the guest house. No shower. The nearest swimming area is in Kårehamn a few kilometers south. On the west side, bathing is offered in Djupvik. Microwave, electric kettle and fridge. Otherwise, enjoy the silence and birds chirping by the guest house if you just want to relax by the area.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Här kan ni umgås med nära och kära på detta familjevänliga ställe mellan Borgholm och Löttorp. Ni har tillgång till en stor tomt för härliga aktiviteter utomhus. Den här fina stugan ligger på cykelavstånd till Djupvik med ljuvliga bad och fin natur. Kvällarna bjuder på fantastisk solnedgång över vårt vackra Kalmarsund. Djupvik bjuder även på en fin restaurang. Till Sandvik med bland annat året-runt-öppen butik är det knappt en mil. I hyran finns även möjlighet att ladda er el-bil.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.

Djupvik is characterized by a long stone coast with amazing cycling and hiking trails. The guesthouse is about 80m from the shoreline and has a wonderful view over the water. In the evenings you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is located in Djupvik during the summer. About 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.

Close to the sea, accommodation at Kalmarsund, located at large green areas, 200 meters to the sandy beach with jetty and walking paths after the sea. Walking distance to Köpingsvik with many activities, shopping and dining. Popular Öland is available with Borgholm, historical sites, golf, sports, playgrounds and many small pathways for discovery.
