Holiday rentals with lake access in Albufeira

We had a pleasant stay, the place is quiet, the house and these outbuildings are great and very well equipped, it's simple, nothing is missing. I also wanted to thank Sergio and Vincent for their kindness and responsiveness. We will definitely come back.

We had a great week at this Vale do Rei. Quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the Algarve, surrounded by eucalyptus and lands that Christiane cultivates with love. The place is perfect (even better than in the photos and much bigger than it looks). Very well equipped, fresh and subtly decorated. The bedding is comfortable. Suitable for children (we were there with our 4 year old daughter). Common spaces further enhance the experience. A car is essential; nevertheless, you will find everything you need at 10min, in the village located at the bottom of the valley. Christiane is infinite kindness and availability. His sense of detail and warmth make us feel like friends of family. Another huge thank you for everything.

Great Villa for the six people in our party. Well set out with bedrooms at one end moving through to a bright and spacious lounge area with dining table and kitchen off that. Then out onto a covered area outside and then pool and sunloungers. Plenty of space to be together without being cramped. Air con in bedrooms is great. Also good washing machine and additional toilet and shower in outbuilding. Well situated in quiet peaceful area with good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very prompt and helpful responses to any enquiries we made. Recommended.

Great place to stay with everything you need for a successful holiday. We especially liked the terrace and the sunbed! Isabel helped us check in and gave us very helpful tips, she is super nice! The only thing we had a little trouble for was that it got very humid and some bad smell downstairs. Otherwise great!

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

Great place to rest and relax. Calm, very beautiful sounds of birds and other animals. Comfortable house, large rooms and very well equipped.

Me and my partner stayed 2 nights and it was perfect for what we needed! Peaceful, spacious and a lovely end to our holiday! Priscilla and Bruna were so lovely and very informative! Will be back if ever in the area again!

A spacious house just a few mintues walk from the waterfront, restaurants, markets, the ferry, the train station and other attractions. Great private open space on the rooftop. I highly recommend the place.

A beautiful stay in a perfect spot! The host was extremely helpful and detailed in helping us find and get into our apartment! The apartment was great - had everything and more you need for a stay! The location was amazing and we did not need to order any taxis and comfortably walked around the whole area! Definitely recommend staying here it’s a gem!! Thank you Vitória!

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Everything was as described. Edgar met us on arrival. We were able to check in early, which was great. He gave us a tour and explained how everything works. Apartment was perfectly clean with lovely fresh smell. Beds were very comfortable. Terrace was a large area which we made great use of. We had the sun from about 10.15am to 4pm each day and it's very private. The local construction didn't bother us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swiming pool is around the side of the apartment block. It was clean and had the area to ourselves. It is an easy walk to the Marina, took about 17 minutes. Great stay and we will book again. We stayed in the holiday apartment last year and this year, and it was wonderful. There were no problems or anything like that, and Portugal is a beautiful

We had a lovely welcome from Joao. He showed us around the property and told us about the area. The house has been beautifully renovated and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. At the side there is short path that leads directly to the beach. There is a nice and reasonable beach bar on the dunes and sun beds can be hired. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the veranda for breakfast and in the evenings.

The listing and photos were spot on—everything was just as expected. The space was clean and comfortable, with excellent communication from the host. Plus, the A/C worked perfectly, which was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The location was great — just a short and cheap Uber ride to the old town of Albufeira, which we visited several times for dinner and sightseeing. There’s also a beautiful beach nearby — not quite walking distance, but just a few minutes away by car, and totally worth the trip. Vitor was a wonderful host, very friendly and quick to respond. We felt really comfortable and at home here. Would definitely stay again!

O Hoste o Sr. Very friendly and always available Pedro. The house is very catita with all the amenities needed in the middle of nature and with a magnificent view of the Ria Formosa. To highlight the activities that can be done such as horse riding, cycling and hiking through the estate. We will return without a doubt and recommend this place.

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay with Jan. The house and garden are beautiful. A true oasis with lush vegetation, with a superb vegetable garden, where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The friendly visit of the cat Odin was a plus in the stay. Jan was very friendly, discreet and pleasant. We recommend it without hesitation!

This house has a good energy and was designed to do so. The pictures do not do it justice. It has everything we can need and everything went well. I will return without thinking :-)

Hard not to fall in love with this place. Everything one could dream of. It’s a very relaxed environment with two very cool humans, whom which have built a little town of their own if you don’t say! We were lucky enough to have a little tour of the place, hear about how it all started. Went horseback riding with Chris which was incredo. Swam in the pond, sat in the sauna but mostly just enjoyed the view. And hung out with the doggos. Thank you. Will definitely come again when I return to Portugal.

We had a lovely stay for a couple of days while we attended a wedding up the road. Bruna was really helpful, check in was a breeze and the space was absolutely spotless, quiet, peaceful and we felt very at home

Super friendly people , who help you if needed . Great knowledge of what to do and where to go in the area . Be respectful of your privacy. The cottage is beautiful as it is, with all the amenities a person needs . Calm very relaxing environment , but not too far away from the inhabited world . Absolutely recommended for people who love peace and space. We would choose to come back again. René and Patricia
