Holiday rentals with a balcony in Albula/Alvra

We had a super nice ski holiday! The accommodation was optimal for this with perfect views. The ski resorts in the area were also very easy to reach.

We had a nice stay, especially the balcony and the view are great. The apartment was clean and practically equipped, only the kitchen was somewhat sparsely stocked (quite a few cups and glasses), but due to the existing dishwasher we were able to clean everything in a timely manner. We'd love to come back, thank you :-)

We had an amazing family stay in Switzerland! The house was big, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the barbecue in the garden—surrounded by beautiful, quiet nature. Such a peaceful and fun time together! We will definitely turn back maybe next Easter ❤️

We felt very comfortable in Pians. The apartment is large and very clean. There were even more amenities than advertised :) you can tell that the apartment is well maintained and a great emphasis is placed on that everything is clean and cozy. We were there for skiing at the Arlberg and were able to reach the ski resort well by car in about 15 minutes. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Great hosts who gave us good recommendations for hiking. The apartment is beautifully located on the hillside with a great view. Looks like the pictures. We'll be back!

Very nice studio with balcony with table and terrace on the bathroom. Very quiet. Great decor that takes advantage of the space available very well. There is everything you need to eat at home too. Top cleanliness and contact with Monica extremely easy and courteous. Coming back

We came on 24th may untill 26th may. Never thought that the house is very big. Got upstairs. The view of every room,kitchen n living hall was really superb. At the hall,u can see the mountain,flower and such beautiful and calm sights seeing. Thanks to paul for entertaining us. The house so close to playground ,coop n migros. And just walk 2minutes to the engelberg station. And also the titlis so nearby. We walk there like 10minutes. But have free bus. We were so enjoyed staying there.

Very nicely located accommodation at the back in Silbertal, plenty of space (but we were also 'only' 16 people, very friendly hosts, large kitchen and beautiful living area, supermarket in the village, Kristbergbahn almost at your doorstep, reliable bus traffic - our group enjoyed it very much!

A really lovely week in lovely Schönblick. Hans Peter and Bianca are the perfect hosts! Everything was clean and tidy - just like the photos. We were 9 people and had nice space. Nice kitchen with dining area and cozy living room next door. Kappl dorf is a cozy little town with nice shopping opportunities. The ski bus goes right outside the door. The only downside, though, is that it doesn't go directly to Ischgl-you have to change along the way. We ended up taking the car - easy and cheap to park in Ischgl.

We felt very comfortable with Lorella! The property is very spacious and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. You live on the 1st floor above her apartment, but you have a separate access. Except for the check-in, we didn't see each other anymore, so you're private to yourself. Parking is available nearby and the last piece you have to walk. However, there is the possibility to drive directly to the accommodation for loading and unloading. All in all we had a lovely few days here 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic place in Graubünden! The charming house is set in an idyllic little village surrounded by a stunning mountain backdrop. As soon as you enter, you can feel the cozy atmosphere – plenty of space, loving old decor, make it a perfect retreat. A great place to stay that matches the pictures. If you like peace and nature around you, this is the place to be. The view over the lake is gigantic and Casa Il Nibio is well equipped. We were completely satisfied and would come back!

Great, clean and modern furnished apartment with everything you need and great view of the lake. The hosts welcomed us very nicely and were always available. You could also use the stand up paddle and canoes of the property. The apartment is located at the north end of the lake and we felt it was not quite as busy as in the more southern villages. Due to the location directly on the street, it is a bit louder, which did not bother us further. The direct access to the lake was always worth it and we would definitely go back.

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
