Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. The 80 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with an open living room. From the balcony you have direct views of the lake. (There is an additional charge of CHF 200 per stay at the end for cleaning.)
