Quiet, trendy, and cozily furnished, it features a well-appointed living-dining area, a cozy and separate sleeping area, an office corner, kitchen, and bathroom. A highlight is the terrace with direct access to the ski slopes of the St. Moritz - Corviglia ski area in winter.

NEW Premium Studio with eFireplace, Pool & Sauna

This exclusive premium studio for two guests is located on the first floor of Chesa Rosatsch, which was fully renovated by 2025. The studio itself was completed at the end of 2025, finished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. From the apartment and its sunny balcony, you can enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding alpine landscape — an ideal retreat for relaxing moments, sunset aperitifs, or unwinding after a day in the mountains.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle, die gerne Abwechslung haben und die Gegend erkunden wollen: Lenzerheide, Davos, Savognin oder Bergün (je etwa 15-30 Min. Fahrt). Selbst das Engadin ist in einer Stunde erreichbar.
