Wir haben geplant und renoviert, Checklisten geführt, Handwerker und Möbelpacker die Tür geöffnet. Wir freuen uns, Euch in unserem weitläufig hellen und sehr gemütlichen Sehnsuchtsort empfangen zu dürfen. Wir – 3 Generationen mit den unterschiedlichsten Wünschen – genießen die tolle Zeit dort zu jeder Stunde. Wir hoffen, Ihr tut das auch!

Das schöne, komfortable Châlet, liegt eingebettet in die idyllische Landschaft der Clavadeleralp. Erwache morgens auf 2000müM, mitten im Wanderparadies / Mountainbike Mekka / Skigebiet „Jakobshorn Davos“. Erlebe Komfort und Gemütlichkeit im Châlet und geniesse die Bergsonne auf der Terrasse. Freue dich auf wundervolle Erlebnisse in den Bergen und geniesse die Ruhe fernab vom Trubel im Tal.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Accogliente appartamento nella tranquilla località di Wiesen, frazione di Davos, in zona molto soleggiata con un bel balcone panoramico, scuola di sci per bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi e altre stazioni sciistiche nelle immediate vicinanze: Rinerhorn 10 min in auto, Parsenn e Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (Fermata autopostale Wiesen Kirche). Tanti bei giochi di società per famiglie. Base ideale per passeggiate.

Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

The apartment is the ideal base for skiing in the ski resort of Savognin or for ski and snowshoe tours as well as winter hiking and cross-country skiing. In summer you can hike, climb, bike or fish in the river Julia directly from the apartment. Pets by arrangement

In a house surrounded by water sources, the Albula River, the golf course, the viaducts, is her cozy three-room apartment with a large garden. The Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün and Savognin ski resorts are quickly accessible (15-20 min.). It is possible to get fresh salad, herbs and vegetables (for a fee) in summer. The apartment is on the second floor and offers direct views of the passing RHB trains as well as a waterfall and golf course
