Everything was great! Pablo took very good care of us! Easy to get to and easy parking! The apartment was spotless

Everything is fine, my only acceptable thing is the price of the house, as it is far away, everything in a half-ghost town, but in terms of cleanliness and everything else, everything is fine. It is true that the price for what it is, is a little high.

We had a great stay. Gema and Almudena were always very friendly to us. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe! Our only downside was the internet, since we were a month and had faults almost every day, which made us difficult when it came to work. Even so, we highly recommend the place!

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation, there is everything you need to spend a few days and feel at home, the beds are very comfortable. Yaiza is a very good host, and good communication with her. Thank you for everything!

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Staying at Gustavo's house is paradise. He has thought of every little detail in this spacious and unique home he designed himself. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, all residential, but at the same time you are either only 2 minutes away from a taxi, or only 5 mins away from the bus, to get anywhere you want to go. Taxi ride from the house to the main attractions is 10 mins or less. It's the perfect blend of tranquility and city life, so easy to get anywhere, and a 10 minute walk gets you to Retiro Park and it's beautiful peacocks! Gustavo is so accommodating and thoughtful, he learned of some complications I had and made some very considerate gestures that most hosts would not even think of. The home is spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. 3 full beds and 3 full baths, every amenity you can think of. We fell in love with Madrid and this house, and will definitely return.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

We loved it!! The super comfortable litter, the walk-in closet, the kitchen equipped with everything , dishwasher, washing machine , various utensils for cooking .. super bright , a lot of light came in for the day , in addition it was in a very good area in 5 minutes you were in the Plaza del centro that has a lot of bars and places of leisure , we are both very happy , more we request to extend the trip 1 day more than we were , we feel at home , we will come back for sure !!

The apartment was super nicely decorated and location wise super close to the city center. Everything was reachable by foot in a few minutes. The apartment offered everything you could need and Laureano was super helpful. Thank you for the stay! I can only recommend this place.

The house is located in a beautiful estate in the center of Alcalá. The apartment is modern and well equipped with respect to cooking food and more. It was clean enough except some single tablecloths that hadn't been cleaned and we pulled away. It's a first one without an elevator. We were going in early April and it was well conditioned for the cool axes days. It has heat. The area is very tricky for parking, need to roll around a lot. We were driving zero emissions (electric) and were able to park on the same street in the blue zone. There are supermarkets, pharmacy and all services in the area. When we arrived there was a bed to ride and make (we had a reservation for 4 people) but he made it for us on the spot. The value is good and the contact person was friendly and always responsive. We will be back if we have to come around the area except for the issue of parking it is highly recommended.

Oscar was nice with us, he helped us checking in earlier, he greeted us, very good communicator and respond very quick.

We spent a weekend. Everything was impeccable. The area is beautiful. We knew it was central, but we didn't imagine how much. All just a stone's throw away. Carla has been waiting for days. Garry gave us the keys, and he was also attentive at all times. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. You can't park, but 2 minutes away there is a public parking lot with 24-hour vouchers, so you can leave and re-enter without problems. We highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

This is a wonderful apartment in the center of Madrid. It was a nice mix of comfort and total convenience with local charm. Completely spotless with great AC- it was very warm when we were there. The balcony is gorgeous and although you’re on a busy side street (not cars- people!), there’s NO sound in the bedroom. The host was so helpful. If we are back in Madrid again I would absolutely stay here.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Good apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable sofa bed. It even has private parking, although we traveled by train. Everything was fine.
