La struttura è completamente ristrutturata con amore e passione. E' nel centro di Castellammare del Golfo, in una strada principale paralella al Corso Garibaldi che attraversa tutto il paese. Dispone di aria condizionata, cucina, lavatrice, bagno doccia e connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare vari negozi raggiungibili direttamente a piedi, come edicole, parrucchieri, tabacchi, enoteca, fruttivendolo, supermarket, ecc.
