House holiday rentals in Alcobendas

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

It was great. A secluded place full of privacy in the middle of nature. A nice swimming pool, spacious rooms and everything looked super neat. Very nice place to stay. Emmanuelle responds quickly and is very friendly. We will definitely come back!

Ramón's apartment is literally as he describes it. It is an oasis that you do not expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He has been attentive to our needs at all times and has been very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

We loved this place and had an incredible weekend! The pool was great, we used the barbecue, and the surrounding mountains and view of the lake are lovely.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmen's place. It was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, plus easily walkable to access public transportation. The space was clean and inviting, and Carmen was very responsive to any questions that we had.

The stay was incredible, upon arriving Violeta greeted us in an incredible way trying to help us in as much as possible, recommending where to go, what places to visit, what to do, etc. It was a different weekend that we would totally repeat without hesitation.

Maria was a great host and the apartment was very spacious for a large group. It was located conveniently to travel back and forth to the tourist sites around town. The area isn’t in the best of neighborhoods but was very peaceful. Parking for a large car can be challenging but the apartment is a corner lot which makes it easy to load and unload luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is very beautiful, located in an unbeatable area. We walked perfectly and ate at the restaurants in the area. The apartment is more beautiful in person than in photos and María Elena is charming.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We were able to prepare a paella and throw a quiet bridge with friends. The patio area is great and the living rooms of the house are very cozy. We missed a little more kitchen supplies (like a strainer), but otherwise we had no problems. In addition, communication with Purificación was excellent at all times, she is a attentive host who resolves your questions quickly and provides you with all the necessary information.

We really liked the little house of the Botica. Everything was as described. Elena gave us recommendations for the area.

This is the second stay in this apartment in a month and once again we had a great time. Also in this case, we obtained a two-hour delayed checkout. Great location and everything is perfect

Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you may need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña, yet an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the Gran Vía. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed a week at the end of August. The house during the day is hot, but during the mornings and nights it is very nice, with a beautiful view. The pool is great, and it helps a lot to cool off during the day. The area is quiet, with the inconvenience that it is quite isolated, in an urbanization with a road half asphalt somewhat uncomfortable, 10 minutes by car from the nearest village, Villanueva del Pardillo. The kitchen is spacious and comes very well equipped. Beds are large and comfortable. There are several walking or biking trails and exploring the area. As it looks to improve, we missed some things we expected them to have, such as pool towels, hand soap, gels and shampoos in the bathrooms or kitchen towels. Overall a nice house if you are looking for good views and a secluded and quiet environment. Irma was quick to respond and was attentive to any issues that arose.

You can't ask for more, perfect location for IFEMA, large, luxurious house, with all kinds of details, kitchen utensils, freshly ground coffee, quiet area without noise and 10-12 minutes from Chamartín train station. This is the second time we've stayed at Dania's house and we'll definitely be back, a 10 out of 10, especially the friendly and helpful treatment of Nelson, who helped us at all times. I'd like to highlight how clean the house was inside, the beds are the closest thing to a good hotel, comfortable and pleasant.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.
