Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Alcobendas

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Although we could only stay one night, we felt at home. We were able to travel with our dog and Pablo, knowing that we were arriving late, made us the sofa bed. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. I wish I could repeat soon!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We loved the house and the truth is that if the photos draw attention, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and the owners, who solved all our doubts and helped us retrieve a suitcase that we left behind.

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We loved this place and had an incredible weekend! The pool was great, we used the barbecue, and the surrounding mountains and view of the lake are lovely.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Very bright and comfortable accommodation. Quiet location with a subway stop and supermarket nearby. Liuta was very kind and attentive to us, we would repeat without hesitation.

The accommodation is as described, it is a spacious, comfortable house with a great garden that is a delight both for relaxing and for entertaining guests to spend a pleasant afternoon with the barbecue and pool. The service was always unbeatable, very attentive to what I might need and making sure that everything was perfect. The house has many amenities, TV, furniture, bathrooms, all kitchen utensils, you can arrive and settle in without needing anything. The stay was definitely worth it, I highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet, tidy place to spend a few pleasant days.

We stayed two nights with my boyfriend and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need and Claudia and Carlos' service was very good. It is close to the airport and a shopping mall that has everything, ideal for a stop in Madrid before traveling.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Loved the easy self check-in, no fuss at all. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Plus, having the metro so close was really convenient! Definitely recommend it.

The apartment was super well located, close to the subway and with all the services (supermarkets, cafeteria, pharmacy...) nearby. It had all the details you could need and was perfectly clean. 100% recommended.

Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

The apartment is located in an excellent area. It is a well connected neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Also, it is a safe and quiet area to rest after a day of walking and visiting downtown. The apartment is cozy and well laid out. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with functional furniture and pleasant decor. If you are traveling alone or as a couple, the space is more than enough. If it's for more people, it depends on the layout, but overall it's comfortable. Cleaning the apartment is correct. From the moment of arrival, you can see that it is kept well cared for, with fresh linens and towels, tidy kitchen and bathroom in perfect condition. Susana's attentions are excellent and try to help you in whatever you may need as information, etc. Another very special detail was having a metro card to be able to move around the city while the stay lasts.
