Lovely house in the old town

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Very stylish and renovated townhouse with lovely lake views. The house has a perfectly located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 toilets, 2 patios as well as 2 balconies. The house is located in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and 10 minutes from the airport. 2 minutes walk to nice restaurants.

Renovated house, located on a pedestrian street 500 meters from the beach, in a very quiet and very central area with all amenities within walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, 1 with its own bathroom and 1 with a single bed, 1 ironing room. A porch and a large terrace. Air conditioning in the living room.
