Villa holiday rentals in Alcoià

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

Peter & Maura zijn super gastvrije mensen, we voelden ons vanaf eerste moment hartstikke welkom ! Het ontvangst, de rondleiding en de vragen die we hadden, het werd uitgelegd! Ik kreeg zelfs een emmertje sop omdat ik graag m’n motor wou ontdoen van de vliegen… ook deze konden netjes afgesloten staan achter het hek. De omgeving is lekker rustig en de drukte kan je opzoeken. Bij vertrek kwamen ze ons hartstikke leuk ook weer uitzwaaien. Kortom heerlijk huis en een hele attente gastheer/gastvrouw. Dank jullie wel en tot ziens

Our group of five absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It has amazing views from the terrace and the best swimming pool to relax by. Johannes was a great host and we would definitely return to his villa again.

Wij hebben een fijne week in het huis doorgebracht met onze kinderen en hun partners. Het huis is mooi gelegen, in een rustige chique omgeving. Erg fijn een parkeergarage voor 2 auto`s. Op sommige plaatsen is wel wat achterstallig onderhoud en zie je dat het huis wat ouder is. Maar het is zeer smaakvol ingericht, ruim en zeer compleet. Erg handig met een grotere groep is dat er 2 vaatwassers aanwezig zijn. Aardige eigenaar die direct reageert op vragen en verzoeken. Wij hebben genoten bij het zwembad en van de avonden op het terras bij de buitenkeuken. Vanuit het huis, een aantal terrassen en bij het zwembad, is een schitterend uitzicht op de zee en een aantal villa`s.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus ist in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern und super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch klasse: Berg runter und schon ist man am Meer, und drumherum gibt’s viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Besonders nett war der Kontakt mit Maria. Sie war immer erreichbar und total herzlich. Alles in allem ein richtig schöner Urlaub!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The views from the pool are stunning and the villa is very private. The whole place was very clean and there were loads of pots, pans, and most importantly, a dishwasher! There a lots of places to sit, the furniture is modern, and the air conditioning made everywhere comfortable. The guidebook was fab with lots of recommendations, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. The villa was easy to find, and the name is written on the side, making it easy to see from the road. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely stay again.

Prachtige locatie supermooi gelegen in de bergen met uitzicht over het zee en een heerlijk zwembad. Echt een aanrader.

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

What an amazing week we had in Alicante. Joana’s villa was absolutely fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a huge hit, providing respite from the Mediterranean sun and a place to relax. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local amenities. 5 minute walk from Aldi and a €9 taxi to the town. We highly recommend this villa for a memorable group getaway! The attention to detail in the home was admired too. Facilitating a bbq area and a games room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. What also set this villa apart was the host Joana. She was responsive, kind and easy to communicate to. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Joana

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

This villa is absolutely beautiful. In a peaceful and beautiful part of Finestrat, but only a 10 minute taxi into the busy town and 15 minutes into Benidorm. The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to enjoy your holidays. Christelle was a brilliant representative, so polite and approachable and was on hand if we ever needed anything. There was 13 adults in our party and the sleeping arrangements were perfectly fine. I have seen other reviews commenting on the basement room, we thought it was a really good very large space and the fold out beds were just as comfy as any other bed. This is a beautiful place for family holiday or large groups. 5 stars 🌟 Thankyou to Christelle for being an amazing host

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. Absolute paradise!! I cannot explain how beautiful this place is! If you want to get away from it all but not be too far from everything, El Mirador is the perfect location. The views are magnificent, the property itself is outstanding (it has everything you need including fast wifi to work) and the hosts are the absolute sweetest. 11/10 would recommend!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the villa and loved it like everyone else. A special mention to Christine, who was so friendly and welcoming. When we had reason to contact her, we had an immediate answer. The same went for Thomas as well. This is probably the nicest, most welcoming, well-equipped villa we have stayed in, and we have been doing this for over 35 years. Like others before us, we are already planning our return visit.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. Rien ne manque ! la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit paradisiaque, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, sa situation à flanc de montagne nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées. La piscine a été un vrai régal avec cette chaleur ! Je recommande vivement. Séjour parfait !

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!
