Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Alcona County

This was a cute little get away for our family. The pictures were accurate and they have pretty much everything you would need. Although it was a bit colder than expected I would still stay here again.

Super comfortable, great location on the lake, well stocked. Tracey was great to communicate with.

Barb’s place was beautiful! I wish we didn’t have to leave! The decor inside and outside made the home feel so cozy! So many things provided from cook ware to beach toys. The sunrise/beach view is unbeatable, I mean WOW! Both mornings I woke up before 7 to walk the short path to the private beach and see the sunrise and it was breath taking! We barbecued and made a bonfire. What a memorable experience with my family visiting from California! Would love to go back again! Thanks Barb!

Immaculate,well decorated,well maintained.All the immenities were convenient.Quiet ,peaceful yet close to accessible to Walmart nd restaurants.Ann is Just simply Amazing.The love nd Humanity just pours out of her.very honest.

The stay at Kenneth's place was everything I was looking forward to. Beautiful setting, spacious and very accommodating for a cousins reunion. All of us loved it and looking forward to our stay next year. Thank you so much Ken!

This was a great place to stay in a peaceful area near to Lake Huron. Very private and quiet.

We had a great stay. Place is as described and all the other reviews are spot on. Use of the boat hoist was great. We rented a pontoon and spent some great time on the lake. Bring your A game if you want to fish. The fish prefer to stay in the water as you’d expect or we just don’t know how to fish :-) either way it was a blast.

This place was even better than the pictures! The beach was only a few feet from the house, which made the stay very convenient with young kids. They also provided lots of things to do on the beach (beach toys, kayaks, etc). The place had everything you needed and was very clean! Steven was quick to respond and provided all the information we needed to know. The view of the water from the porch was beautiful. This will be an annual place to stay for our family! Highly recommend!

The proximity to the beach, fire pit and Lake Huron are what makes this cottage special. We took our young daughter and it made it so much less stressful to be close to food, bathroom and our clothes just steps from the beach. We had all we needed. Even when we had neighbors at the houses near us they were kind and respectful. The one important thing for those visiting to know is that the ceilings of the bedrooms are open to the rest of the cabin. This was not shown in the pictures or mentioned in the description. It made things more difficult when putting kids to bed and trying to stay up after their bedtime. Noise and light traveled easily from room to room. Overall, a very nice stay and we would return!

Wonderful place to stay for beach fans!

Great area for lake life. We came up during the winter for a family emergency, check in was easy and quick. Kenneth was proactive in reaching out with instructions. House was clean and organized. The movie selection is fantastic. Location is great for the beach.

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Alex is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone and everything is accommodated for.

Pros- Stunning views from the living area to the lake. Plenty of sandy beach front with all the rocks you would ever want in the water. Impressively clean and beds were made like you were at a 5 star resort. Kim has raised the bar for being a host with Airbnb!! Kim is a 5 star host and thought of everything to make our stay like it was our home. Cons- I don’t have anything negative to say regarding the host, the cabin, the cleanliness, and the location. Kim mentioned this is not baby or child proof; the only concern I would have if I brought little ones would be the outside. There are steep steps down to the beach. Every house in this area has just as many steps down from the house to the beach. Plenty of beach area once you are there, just keep in mind if you pick up rocks, you will have to carry those up the steps.

The place was great - we had a large group and it worked out perfectly for us. It was a little tough to find our cabin because we arrived after dark.

We had a wonderful, peaceful amd serene get away. Without a doubt we will be back.

had some issues before the stay that were able to be resolved between airbnb and host and then the smartlock didnt open and had to locate a spare set of keys. once inside the cabin was perfect. had a great stay and would definitely stay again if in the area. it seems to be a newer listing and has some kinks to work out but overall satisfied with the stay

Beautiful house and was perfect for our group of 12 guys. Mike and Alicia were great. Quick to respond and the house had everything we could have asked for.

The cabin was clean and easy to access. Being right off the lake was nice. We had a small problem which was addressed quickly with great communication.
