Holiday rentals with beach access in Alcossebre

Apartamento moderno y funcional, en primera línea de playa en una zona tranquila de Peñíscola. Nos ha encantado lo nuevo que estaba todo así como su terraza que se integraba en el salón con una gran puerta corredera. Muy útil también disponer de aparcamiento. Eva muy atenta y con instrucciones precisas que facilitan la llegada, además un acierto todas sus recomendaciones de restaurantes etc

la casita de silvia es super acojedora ,nada que ver con la fachada ,es una pena a ver pasado tan poco tiempo ,es un lugar para pasar muchos mas dias

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec des finitions haut de gamme, fidèle aux photos ! L’emplacement est parfait, la vue tout simplement magnifique… Très bonne communication. L’arrivée s’est très bien passée, la conciergerie a été flexible et nous a permis de récupérer les clefs à l’avance. Idem pour le départ. Seul petit hic : les lits n’étaient pas faits et nous nous en sommes aperçus le soir de notre arrivée. Heureusement le propriétaire a été particulièrement disponible et s’est déplacé pour nous apporter des draps dans la soirée. Le ménage était plutôt bien fait mais pourrait être amélioré. Il aurait été aussi appréciable d’avoir des ingrédients de base tels que du sel, du poivre, de l’huile d’olive ou encore un rouleau d’essuie tout, surtout au regard du standing de l’appartement. Quelques détails mais sinon tout était vraiment parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, muy amplio y muy limpio. Tiene de todo, está muy bien equipado. La ubicación y las vistas con increíbles. La playa que está al lado está muy bonita y a 8 minutos caminando está la playa la Concha. La comunicación con Manuel fue Perfecta, y nos recibió con con unos regalitos que nos dejaron sorprendidos. Recomiendo 100%

Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir à l’occasion, la vue est magnifique à n’importe quel heure, c’est calme il n’y pas de bruit, vous pouvez descendre à pied jusqu’à la plage par des petits escaliers qui donne une magnifique vue nous recommandons x1000

THIS APARTMENT IS VERY HIGH ON OUR LIST FOR THIS AREA, THE TIME WE WERE THERE CHILDREN HAD GONE BACK TO SCHOOL SO THE AREA WAS VERY PEACEFUL A LOT OF THE BARS AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS ALSO CLOSED, I WOULD BE STAYING IN JULY/AUGUST NEXT TIME... AFTER THAT SAID THE APARTMENT WAS GREAT

We had a fantastic stay in Oscar’s beautiful apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a very well equipped kitchen. Communication was excellent from booking right through to check out - good suggestions for restaurants too. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Anna prepared everything very family-friendly 👍🏼 there was a kids bed, chair and even a bathtub for babys 👶 she commuincated proactive and very friendly! We will njoyed it very much!

Realmente estamos muy agradecidos con Remedios por su amabilidad y cordialidad en todo momento. La casa estaba espectacular, tal cual lo mostraba en la publicación, no solo eso sino que sumamente limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que fuese necesario. Nosotros pasamos 3 días y 2 noches allí y fueron increíbles. La piscina, la casa, todo! Obviamente volveremos en cualquier momento.

Really cute house! We love it! A lot of thing to do for child! He played a lot and had fun! House is beautiful and there are all thing for living! Mil gracias to Silvia! We'll visit it in the future! Highly recommend!

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

In looking to spend a few days exploring Vinaros and the surrounding area while having a private retreat to enjoy the Mediterranean coast, we found the Strandhaus to be a perfect location. Within easy walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops, the house overlooks a very picturesque beach, with ocean waves to accompany morning coffee or an evening drink. The hosts were responsive and helpful, as was the person who greeted us. Highly recommended for a stay!

Just perfect !! The house is great, very modern and clean. Plus the swimming pool and of course, the animals and vegetables were a winner with my kids. We will definitely come back !!

El apartamento tal cual la descripción. La amabilida de Marc en explicar todo. La plaza de parking 10 puntos, aunque no esté conectada con el edificio. Y lo mejor es la ubicación, frente de playa. Tranquilo. Y si uno no quiere andar mucho, de lado hay un restaurant tipico español que comimos siempre excelente.

Een super mooie plek in een rustige omgeving. Heerlijk zwembad en veel sport mogelijkheden. Dichtbij de zee en restaurantjes. Alles wat wij nodig hadden was in het prachtige appartement te vinden. We hebben ontzettend genoten van het mega terras!

Beter kan een verblijf niet zijn! Je voelt je thuis. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en een perfecte communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf met de verhuurder. Het is compleet ingericht. Vooral het grote terras met de complete dag zon- én schaduwplekken is heerlijk. Een mooie plek op nog geen paar minuten lopen van het strand. Ook een voordeel: een ruime parkeerplaats is inclusief.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento de Elisa. Viajamos con bebé y aunque no dispone de cuna o trona nos puso todas las facilidades para la entrada y salida, lo cual le estamos muy agradecidos. El apartamento es cómodo. Delante de la playa y a un paseo andando del Castillo, muy agradable. Merece la pena.

Excelente ubicación en quizás, una de las mejores urbanizaciones de Alcocéber. En frente de la Playa del Moro. Parada bus en la puerta, pequeño supermercado al lado, urbanización muy grande y muy tranquila. Buena piscina y una zona verde inmensa. El apartamento está bien, limpio, grande y con todo lo necesario.

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.
