Maria’s house is the perfect place to stay in Mallorca. The house is secluded & private but a short walking distance to the beach & restaurants/shops. The house itself is beautiful & clean. Would highly recommend! :)

Peaceful and private. Great location within a few minutes drive of port de pollenca, but felt like a real rural retreat. The outside lounge and dining space was fantastic.

Super mooie locatie ook al was het nog niet echt zomer, een locatie waar je tot rust kan komen en Pollenca is mooi gelegen om verschillende dag uitstappen te doen. Onze host Shaun wist ons de nodige tips te geven en was steeds bereikbaar. Een echte aanrader ! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hello everyone. This is my third visit to Mallorca. I am grateful to David for welcoming! House is spacious and clean. It has everything what you need, even more) .Three relaxation areas👍 , villa located next to the beach. For a large group of friends or a family - it is perfect ! Everything what you see in the photo is absolutely identical in fact! I highly recommend it!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kids. Es hat uns super gefallen! Der Pool mit Grill und die vielen Aufenthaltsbereiche sind perfekt um sich wohl zu fühlen :-)! In der Nähe gibt es viel zu unternehmen!

This villa is gorgeous! The house has everything you want in a vacation home- good sized living room for large groups, views are beautiful, pool, pool table and other games. Very spacious for our group of 7. We came in town for a wedding and had friends staying in Deià and Palma. It was very tedious to leave every day to see them. The drive to the house is long and winding- only two in our group felt comfortable driving. The area also does not have much for walking around, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on staying at your house on this vacation, but if you are planning on sightseeing or wanting more city life, would recommend staying somewhere in Deia or Palma.

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at yet - home is perched over Valldemossa where you can see the city, mountains, and even Palma from one of the many outdoor levels (including the pool). We had lunch and dinner outdoors in May and were perfectly comfortable. Inside, all bedrooms are upstairs. Most bathrooms are also upstairs, but there is one downstairs by the entrance. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and other appliances. We used the washer and dryer almost daily with no issues. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Die Villa ist ein einziger Traum. Wir haben wirklich jede Sekunde vor Ort genossen. Traumhaft!!! Marsha ist eine grandiose Gastgeberin und hat uns immer blitzschnell geantwortet. Auch Salvador vor Ort bekommt ein großes Lob. Besonders der Blick aufs Meer sowie die beiden Pools sind wahnsinnig schön. Generell ist die Lage der Villa ebenfalls sehr positiv und man kann vieles unternehmen, auch wenn wir die Zeit am liebsten vor Ort verbrachten, weil es so schön dort ist. Die Zeit ging viel zu schnell zu Ende und wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder. Eine ganz große Empfehlung!!!

Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Beste am ganzen Haus war der Pool wo man wirklich den ganzen Tag verweilen kann. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Perfect in all aspects. Would highly recommend. A great space for the whole family but equally private if you wanted your own space. We loved the front terrace to have a drink in the evening. Walking distance to the Port and great with access for buggy’s. Loads of little play areas for the kiddies to play in along the beach. Fantastic and can’t wait to stay again :)

Incredible location, private oasis just steps to popular beach with private gate access. Everything you could need/want. Came with 2 kids and didn't need anything else for them, just wake up and go to the pool for a bit, then head to the beach. Wash up and go out to eat for dinner. The town is a little touristy but has good quality restaurants. It was a dream.

We had a wonderful time staying at Michelle’s Villa! With a car, we were able to explore so much of the Island and use the Villa as a home base. It was also easy to get a taxi to Palma if we didn’t want to drive. The Villa was clean and spacious and well equipped for everything we needed. There is a grocery store near by as well as nice restaurants by the beach. The out door space was lovely and very relaxing! We’d love to come back!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Das Anwesen war technisch auf höchstem Niveau und baulich hervorragend ! Der große Garten mit den Früchten ,ein zusätzliches Erlebnis um frische Säfte zum Frühstück zu genießen. Ein Highlight einen so großen und schönen Pool zu haben. Rundherum einfach super! Kleines Manko waren die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel….

Wunderbares Haus! Toller Empfang mit Überraschungen und Köstlichkeiten! Vielen Dank dafür, wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt! Spülmittel, Kaffee, Grundausstattung vorhanden, sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Auch das zusätzlich georderte Kinderbett war vorhanden. Der wundervolle Pool, die Terrasse, sowie der Blick über die Bucht ist ein Genuss, v a. in den Abendstunden. Die Küche & ebenso der Grill auf der Terrasse, war mit ausreichend Gas ausgestattet, eine Anleitung in divers. Sprachen für alles lag aus. Alles in gutem, sauberen Zustand. Leider - ein elektr. Rolladen war nach Betätigung des Schalters komplett in seiner Box verschwunden & machte furchtbare Geräusche, weshalb wir die Box öffneten: er war an einer Aufhängung gerissen. Die pers. Begrüßung am nächsten Morgen, absolut herzlich! Bestehende Probleme mit dem Rolladen wurden sofort eingeräumt, eine Reparatur angekündigt. Diese erfolgte die Woche über nicht, weshalb die Box geöffnet blieb. Dafür eine Rechnung an uns? Nicht OK!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Le logement était parfait, très confortable et idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la mer — un vrai rêve. Un immense merci à Lola, qui a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Aussicht und Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht und vieles mehr. Antuanet hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben und war immer direkt erreichbar. Wie schon in mehreren Bewertungen geschrieben, ist das Haus schon älter und gewisse Dinge renovierungsbedüftig aber nichts was den Urlaub gestört oder beeinträchtigt hätte.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 kleine Kinder) hatten die Unterkunft für 11 Nächte gebucht. Absolut schöne Finca, sehr ruhig trotz der Straße (hat uns nicht gestört, obwohl wir bzgl. Geräusche etwas pingelig sind). Die Ausstattung ist super. Tolle Küche, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Pool und Garten einfach toll. Auch die Lage, in 3 Minuten erreicht man Supermärkte und der Strand ist 5 min (Can Picafort) und ca. 15min in Alcudia (traumhafter Strand). Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden bestimmt nochmal hier buchen.

The villa was perfect for our trip - it was in a great location a short walk into town, with beautiful gardens and a pool. The villa itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything we needed - especially travelling with a baby. Daniel was the best host I’ve dealt with - he responded really quickly to any questions and was kind enough to wait out until after our late flight to greet us. We had a great trip and can’t wait to return!! Thanks again Daniel.

We received a warm welcome from Miquel and his wife. The house was clean and pleasant. There were some food and drinks on the table for us when we arrived, which was very nice. The pool is wonderful, although end of April it is still a bit chilly. Once in, you will not feel cold however! There are big wardrobes, two nice bathrooms and a washing machine. You have a beautiful view on the mountains and there are two nice places to sit outside. There is the possibility to bbq and there is table tennis. Miguel’s wife gave us some nice tips, and we went to see the caves in Artà. Highly recommended! There is a supermarket nearby and down the road is a ranch where you can ride horses. We had a lovely time and Miquel responded friendly and quickly. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is nice and it is easy to get there. We enjoyed the privacy of the place with no direct neighbors and a large garden. The pool was super nice and there are a lot of options for sitting and dining outside. Even in bad weather the house has plenty of space indoors with a large table and couches in the living room.

We had a great stay here. It was an easy stay while travelling with our toddler- high chair and cot provided. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views!
