Luis was an amazing host. So easy to communicate with and quick to reply. His communication was always instant! The lady who came by to clean the apartment was also very nice. The place was as described and all the instructions were clear. The place is on the outskirts of Lisbon, but within walking distance to the train station and mall. Also within relatively short driving distance to a beach at the ocean What I will say is to be mindful of the fact that you'll be renting 1 room out of 4, whereas the rest are rented out to other people. The experiences with the roommates may not always be perfect. but of course that's not on Luis. He always did his very best to be accommodating!
