Monte dos Vagabundos is an 8-hectare property half of which is fenced for our run-free rescue dogs. We are now offering part of the remaining land to animal lovers wanting to spend a unique experience in a gorgeous setting surrounded by nature and open views to the ocean and amazing sunsets/sunrises. All our dogs and pot-belly pigs are very impatient to meet you and welcome you for a big cuddle session, or an early-bird walk around the property, should you look for that type of experience.

Campervan - Cosy OceanCamper® roadtrip in Portugal

We are OceanCamper®, a small campervan rental company based in Faro! This is our cosy Vagabond campervan from 2020/21, designed for two people. It is fully equipped and includes everything for cooking, dining, a small fridge, outdoor shower, camping table and chairs, a comfortable double bed, and either sleeping bags or a double duvet. The van is easy to drive, and fits in any parking spot or road. It is possible to make late self-check-in and early self-check-out.

We are within walking distance of the historic medieval city of Alcácer do Sal, & only 20 minutes from Portugal's trendiest beach.

Bus converted into a home near the beach

This memorable place is anything but common. From a 68-seater bus we created a home with capacity for four people. All the comforts of a so-called normal house in a bus parked in the middle of nature, a five-minute walk from the beach. We offer 3 bikes for day trips and BBQ for starry nights (only between October and May due to the risk of summer fires in Portugal) It also has an outdoor jacuzzi to relax in nature.
