Mainland connection via Nordøyvegen, and a short distance to Ulla lighthouse. Spacious kitchen with all facilities, and spacious dining area with plenty of space for 10 people. OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. The cabin is a cosy base for families, couples and friends who want sea views, nature, fishing, hiking, swimming and quiet evenings. Cabin is 60 m2, well equipped and located on a farm with Icelandic horses. Great for day trips in the Ålesund and Sunnmøre area, including Geiranger, Trollstigen, Ona, Runde and the Atlantic Ocean Road. Boat rental and horseback riding may be available on request.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while still being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Fantastic summer house in Tennfjord, near Ålesund.

Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
