You live within walking distance to the fast boat dock and it takes only 10 minutes until you are in the center of Ålesund. Short distance to Langevåg city center where you will find Devoldfabrikken with outlet stores, café, and artisans. There is electric car charging. Proximity to sports facilities, outdoor park and hiking trail. And you have Sulafjellet not far away with a built up mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. Excellent starting point for day trips throughout the region.

Great house with its own quay and boathouse. The property also has its own outdoor sauna. Lots of equipment that can be used such as bicycles, pizza oven in the boathouse, fire pan by the lake, including a boat (6 hp). The house is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need. Short distance to Molde, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen and Geiranger. Here you will find peace and a good atmosphere for everyone. Good parking space. We have two other boats that can be rented. A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Amazing summer house at the sea. Heated pool, outdoor hot tub, 2 sea kayaks, fishing gear. This is the place for families who really want to enjoy themselves. Naustus right by the house. A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.
