Just 100 meters from the sea and magnificent view from both apartment and terrace. Comfortable underfloor heating, good and warm. Free parking and electric car charging. Ålesund center 20 mins by car Grocery stores about 1 km, and shopping center (Moa Amfi) about 8 km. A good base for day trips in the area so that the holiday becomes a recreation. The surrounding area has great nature experiences to offer.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.
