Super convenient location. Great deal with two big bedrooms and a nice balcony. We recommend bringing your own toiletries (shower soap, laundry detergent). Place is carpeted (white carpets) which is good to note for little kids. Perfect for adults. Overall amazing host and great stay!

What a cool space, Kjetil has. Very artsy and the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Kjetil’s communication was great along with all of the tips he provided locally as well as beyond the city. The deck overlooking the city and harbor were an added bonus at the end of the day for a sunset and a beer. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again if we make it back in the future.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from the center of Aalesund. Apartment is spacious and very nicely furnished and equipped, including washer and dryer and a kitchen with all the essentials. We had everything we needed and felt very much at home. Host was super responsive with all of our questions. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to accomodate for our arrival and departure time and we got an extra bed set up which made the stay super comfortable for everyone. I recommend bringing earplugs to any city in Norway in May, as there is a lot of partying going on at night, and Ålesund is no exception :) (Or just join the fun..) Aksla is super close to the appartement, so is downtown. The appartement is modern and clean and is very comfortable. I highly recommend this appartement.

It was a nice, comfortable, and pleasant accommodation. It was the best place to stay, well-equipped with everything you need to stay.

Great stay in Ålesund. The apartment was just as expected, except that the electricity went out, but no one could have expected that, so it is not so dangerous. Just could not wash the clothes.😅

The key handover by Simen was quick and uncomplicated. The apartment was as described, we felt comfortable. The location is great, 5 minutes on foot to the city and with a small view of the water. We would book Simen's apartment again at any time.

Very friendly hostess, she offered us to use a stone cabin to spend some time in the warmth of the fireplace. Always very attentive to what we asked, she gave us directions to take a short walk where we met her two horses and sheep. Picturesque and highly recommended accommodation

Of the several AirBnBs we stayed at on our Norway trip, this was by far the best. Highly recommend.

Oda was very responsive to our questions and her place is really comfortable and big. Great location to walk to car rental, fjord cruise boat and Art Nouveau museum.

Apartment was great. Exactly like the photos. Very homely and clean. Loved the little touches in the kitchen with the artisan condiments , fresh flowers and welcome snack basket. Andre was very responsive and no issue of accessing the apartment.

Beautiful place, nice and cosy apartment and friendly hosts!! We were very satisfied overall, the apartment was exactly what we wanted, the location is good if you own a car (20min from the city center), the nature nearby is really really beautiful and peaceful and the hosts were very helpful and friendly! The only minor downside was that sometimes we could hear the owners that live right above the apartment.

Amazing home, perfect fit for a family and not far from downtown Alesund. We fell in Love with Pepper the cat 🐱 my brother would go for a walk to the beach around the corner every morning.

A great stay! We went there for a local beer festival, which was in a walking distance. The place is greatly located above a convinient store, so it was easy to get food etc. The place is like home comfortable and nice. The beds were super soft. Lise Katrin was super helpful and inviting host, where we got great information and communication.

5 stars on location for this one. Right next to the steps for city wide view. 7 mins or less walk to coffee and great restaurants. Charge electric vehicle across the street - it’s a bit slow but worked.
