I had a great stay at the apartment. The veranda is amazing the apartment is a great option for longer stays since it is very well equipped. 100% recommended.

The flat is exactly like the photo and a pleasant view with treetops. The convenience store has everything you need for a quick meal or snack, which is very helpful if you arrive late. The only suggestion is to check the towels better, as they were clean but frayed. Important: it is quiet and the Wi-Fi is great

For one or two people it is comfortable. It is close to the Metro and a mall, which facilitates shopping and getting around for different points in the city.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and check in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive but it was worth it.

Excellent stay in Fabio's apartment! Great energy with everything we expected and needed for rest and work days. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, nothing missing. Very airy and bright. Beautiful decoration. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. The place is really beautiful, cozy, clean, reserved, just perfect. All very clean, quality, smelling, and the perfect gourmet area. There is nothing missing. Inclusive is very complete! Tânia is wonderful, she relaxed the checkin helping us, has already left the things of the campfire settled, she has made the part of the concierge ready too! If I'm going to put everything that was good here I'll spend a lot of time typing in 😂 Anyway perfect!

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. The stay at Aline's apartment was quiet. The apartment was organized and clean. The condominium is well located with restaurants, pharmacy, markets and bakery nearby.

The apartment is extremely cozy and welcoming, with very well planned, optimized and functional space. The condominium has an infrastructure that meets all needs and the location is great, close to markets and shopping malls. The host is extremely friendly and considerate. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.
