Holiday rentals with beach access in Alfama, Lisbon

Clean place with a great location & centrally located. Incredible view of the bridge and Christ statue! It is on 4th floor with no elevator so be prepared to take stairs. Use the light on wall to see your way up and down them or else you use your phone flashlight. Close to restaurants, ATM and grocery store. You can hear some street noise at night but nothing crazy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were kind enough to let us check in early! Had a bottle of wine and water ready for us. Very nice being able to do our laundry there! They even have a dryer which was awesome. I definitely would recommend this place! We hope to be back one day soon.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich persönlich empfangen und es wurde sich Zeit genommen uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen und einige Informationen über das Viertel zu geben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum und sie war größer als erwartet. Der Balkon ist ein Highlight. Insgesamt eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Die 5 Sterne sind sehr verdient.

One of our best stays yet! Carlos was an amazing host. The walkthrough of the apartment and local recommendations was a nice touch. So friendly and love how easy it was to get into the building and unit. Also - VERY convenient location by some of the nicest beaches and only 10 steps away from the train station. Very comfy bed and stunning views! Highly recommend!

Schönes Appartement mit super Aussicht und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Parkplatz findet man am Haus. Ruhige Wohngegend. 100 Prozent empfehlenswert 👍

The house is a little bit small, than it is shown on photos. Location is very good, it is in very authentic district and you can walk to the central cathedral (se cathedral) in 6-7 minutes and to the city center 15-20 minutes. It was very quiet outside. The fact, that I don’t expect was, that it was a little bit delayed streets, but it is the problem of whole city. You can use all the public transport to get to Irina’s house, among them most popular term N28, the train station is also very close. The host-Irina, is very friendly, attentive person, during the stay always in touch and ready to help.

Merci pour ces quelques jours que nous avons passés à Lisbonne. L’appartement de Pedro est parfaitement situé, à proximité de nombreuses activités et de moyen de transport. La petite rue typique du logement est très calme et l’appartement bien isolé. Tout était très propre et bien décoré à notre arrivée. La literie est très confortable et nous avons passé 3 nuits très agréables. Marta, qui nous a accueillis à été très à l’écoute et nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses et de quartiers à visiter. Si nous avons la chance de revenir sur Lisbonne, nous ne manquerons pas de faire appel de nouveau à Pedro!

Isabel’s place was great! Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Príncipe Real was very close and beautiful. Isabel waited for us despite our late flight to greet us and check us in. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect for a couple looking to explore Lisbon. Great location (only 5/10 minute walk to the centre, but tucked away so you’re not disturbed by too much noise or tourists. There are some really good restaurants and bars nearby too. The apartment is small and could probably do with one extra cabinet or table to put your stuff/bags, but honestly for 3/4 days this place is the best!

Anabela a été une hôte exceptionnelle. Toujours disponible et très serviable. Je recommande à 100% son logement. Proche de Lisbonne en voiture (15 minutes). Logement très propre avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great place. Close to the ferry station, bakeries and markets nearby, amazing views of Lisbon. The house had everything we needed; the host provided the kitchen and bathroom essentials. We felt right at home. One little issue, the beds were not very comfortable.

nous avons choisi cette superbe maison pour passer un séjour mon épouse et moi avec une amie, son fils et sa belle-fille. Idéalement située, les photos de l’annonce parlent d’elle-même. Le salon est très confortable, la cuisine est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien. Le bbq est de très bonne qualité. La piscine est agréable et la vue sur l’océan et le coucher de soleil sont tous simplement à couper le souffle. Vous êtes accueillis par les hôtes qui vous font le tour du propriétaire pour finalement vous dire voilà, vous êtes chez vous avant de vous quitter. Lurdes et Luis sont charmants. Ils passent tout les trois jours en fin de journée pour arroser la végétation, prendre les poubelles et entretenir la piscine. Cela se fait très rapidement et il est possible d’échanger avec eux nombres d’informations. Ils parlent très bien le français. Les plages à moins de dix minutes en voiture sont magnifiques. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen und idyllischen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ganz in der Nähe vom Strand und auch Lissabon ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders dankbar sind wir ihr und ihrer Familie für die schnelle und herzliche Unterstützung, als sich unsere Tochter verletzt hat. Sie haben uns sofort geholfen, und man merkt, dass hier echtes Mitgefühl und Gastfreundschaft gelebt werden. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – wirklich alles ist vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – für alle, die Ruhe suchen, aber auch die Nähe zum Meer und zur Stadt schätzen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Clean, presentable, and a well curated use of space for a studio apartment. The charm of the property and delightful balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the dappled evening sunshine was perfect! We had everything we could possibly need, and the location to the local beach and station was ideal! We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

El apartamento de Luis es lo mejor. La verdad que está bien ubicado, en frente de la playa, estás a máximo 20 minutos en Uber del centro de Lisboa, tienes supermercados cerca y además un restaurante de sushi justo al lado que es increíble. Así que cuando regresen a Lisboa, el apartamento de Luis es el lugar.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! From the very beginning, communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and welcoming – always helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

Der Austausch mit Ricardo war sehr einfach. Sobald ich Fragen hatte, wurden die schnell beantwortet. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
