River View Lisbon’s New Apartment

The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Newly renovated building with lift, a sober and cozy decoration, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment will be a great starting point to explore the city. Restaurants, cafes and a small market nearby. Apartment located IN SEIXAL, picturesque small village in the southern bay facing Lisbon.Theapartment has a large terrace with views of the taje.The center of Lisbon is accessible in 15 minutes thanks to numerous ferries 500 meters from the apartment.It is located 20 minutes from the most beaches (Costa da Caparica.......) quiet area with many shops,bars,restaurants...... pedestrian area along the bank for walking ,running,cycling.....

River View house apartment is an elegant apartment featuring a fantastic sunny view from all 5 windows over the river. The apartment is nice and bright, with light flooding in from all sides. The location of the apartment makes it perfect for visiting the city and the surrounds (Alfama/Panteão Nacional/Feira da Ladra/Sta Apolónia Station) but without paying Chiado prices! All transports are 3 minutes walking distance.
