Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alghero

Alles prima. Einfacher Check-In/Out, alles sauber, sehr hilfsbeite und freundliche Gastgeber, viel Natur, Alghero war gut zu Fuß erreichbar, viel zu entdecken für kleine Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Alghero und mindestens 5 Minuten vom ersten Strand entfernt. Es gibt viele davon in der Nähe und sie sind alle sehr schön. Der Garten ist perfekt angerichtet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt auch Platz für Kinder zum Spielen und zum Schwimmen im privaten Pool. Massino ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und Umgebung sehr sauber. In einem Satz: ein toller Gastgeber, im Grossen und Ganzen alles ohne eine einzige Beanstandung, Empfehlungswert!

Très bon séjour : nous avons été très bien accueillis, le logement est très propre et la vue très agréable. Je recommande.

We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige accommodatie van Valeria! Er is veel privacy en rust en de tuin is heerlijk groot en perfect onderhouden. Het huisje is compleet, ruim en heeft nagenoeg alles wat je nodig hebt (hooguit een vaatwasser was fijn geweest). De ligging is centraal en je kunt hiervandaan alle kanten op om leuke dingen te doen. De communicatie was erg prettig met Valeria en we komen graag terug als we weer op Sardinië zijn.

BEST AIRBNB STAY EVER! Before we even arrived Mary provided us with a Welcome booklet with info on the apartment, local area, beaches, sightseeing restaurants and even what to do if it's raining! We had a flight delay when arriving into Sardinia and Mary was more than accommodating with our late check in. She told us just to go and enjoy dinner and sent us self check in instructions and we arranged for her to meet us at the apartment to next morning to get our passport information. When Mary arrived the following day she arrived with a beautiful box of pastries for our breakfast. Such a generous thing to do. Mary's apartment is furnished beautifully, the beds are comfy, it's pristinely clean and fitted out with everything you could want while travelling including a clothes steamer. The local beach is about a 3 minute walk away and there is a lido available. Mary's suggestions for sightseeing were fantastic. If you are staying in Alghero I would highly recommend Mary's apartment to you.

Jason's place is right in the heart of the old town, tucked in an alley where the cathedral tower rising above, on the first floor (2nd in the States) , simple and elegant, clean and crisp, with prime quality of amenities, spacious bathroom and comfy bed/pillows. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home. Jason was very nice, friendly, and responsive, he took good care of his property and his clients. His warmth made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. I would love to come back someday!

Grand appartement très bien agencé et aménagé, très lumineux et chaleureux. L’emplacement sur les remparts, face à la mer, est exceptionnel. Nombreux bars, restaurants et commerces à proximité. La chambre donne sur l’arrière et est donc au calme. Simonetta est une hôte très prévenante et répond très rapidement à toutes les questions. Elle est très proactive, nous ayant prévenus à l’avance d’événements particuliers en ville pendant le week-end. Ses explications pour rejoindre l’appartement sont très claires et complètes. Bref, un séjour de rêve !

We spent a great week in Barbara's apartment. The location is ideal.....5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes walk along the seafront to the beautiful town of Alghero. The apartment is spacious and the balcony is fantastic. Barbara does everything possible to give her guests a great experience. The kitchen and bathroom are very well stocked with extras. Her list of recommendations is invaluable. We appreciate her allowing a late checkout too. She's very responsive if you have any queries. Meeting the host at check in adds an extra touch , much better than the lock box experience . All in all, a great experience.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’accoglienza è stata calorosa fin dal primo momento: l’host è stato estremamente disponibile, attento e pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza o domanda. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La comunicazione è stata semplice e veloce, e ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza intoppi e un’ospitalità autentica

È stato davvero piacevole trascorrere il nostro soggiorno ad Alghero nell'appartamento di Maria Giovanna. L'appartamento piccolo ma confortevole e pulito, perfetto per due persone, si trova in una zona fantastica nel pieno centro di Alghero, dove è possibile muoversi comodamente a piedi. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Maria Giovanna è stata fantastica, gentile e super disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha dato anche molti consigli su come muoverci, cosa visitare, dove mangiare, meglio di una guida turistica. Super consigliato!

Wij hadden een geweldig verblijf. Een keurig appartement en een vriendellijk ontvangst door Carmelo. Alles was aanwezig en we hebben genoten van het terras met uitzicht op zee. Wij zouden het appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Dès notre arrivée chez Damiano nous nous sommes sentis comme chez-nous! Damiano nous attendait et a pris le temps de faire le tour du logement avec nous. Le logement est superbe! Moderne, bien équipé, confortable et d’une propreté IMMACULÉE (parole de fille très sélective au niveau de la propreté). Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer tous les jours pour les petits déjeuners et les apéros de fin d’après midi. Tous les équipements du logement fonctionnent parfaitement (AC, stores électriques, TV, douche, etc) Pour ceux qui se demandent si l’emplacement est loin du centre historique, cela se fait vraiment bien à pied (magnifique promenade en bord de mer de 20-25 min). Tous les soirs nous prenions la voiture pour se rapprocher du centre historique (4min max en voiture) et il était super facile de se garer à proximité. Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb, notre seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Moderne Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Herzlicher Empfang von Roberto. Seine Empfehlung für das Restaurant Aragon war fantastisch, selten so gut gegessen. Wir haben es geliebt, abends in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt zu sein und zu bummeln. Was für ein toller Aufenthalt. Herzlichen Dank an den tollen Gastgeber Roberto.

Wonderful stay! The hosts were able to facilitate a late check in following delayed flight and provided lots of useful information on local restaurants and attractions. Apartment matched the pictures and was in a great location in the heart of the historic centre

Highly recommended, great location, Stefano very helpful with beach / parking suggestions.

Firstly, it is 4th floor and no lift, however this is mentioned (and pictured in Paola's advert). The flat is lovely - like a home from home with lots of mod cons and a much needed AC in bedroom, living room and bathroom. Paola has travelled extensively, which is evident from all the cute trinkets dotted around the flat. We had a rental car and parked relatively close to the flat, which was fine. Not that we used, but there's a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine if you're staying longer but for our 2 night stay we enjoyed local restaurants. Speaking of area, the flat is a lovely 10 minute walk to the old city center. If ever in picturesque Alghero again, we would certainly look to stay at Paola's apartment. Grazie mille, Paola!

Appartamento in una posizione ideale, 15/20 min a piedi sia dal centro che dalla spiaggia Maria Pia. Appartamento spazioso e ben fornito, vicino anche ai supermercati. Maria Grazia sempre disponibile e gentilissima, ci ha anche lasciato una borsa per la spiaggia e dei prodotti per la colazione. Grazie ancora!

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este apartamento ubicado en pleno centro de Alghero. La ubicación es inmejorable: a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y del encantador casco antiguo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y decorado con buen gusto. Ideal para explorar la ciudad a pie. El anfitrión fue excepcionalmente simpático y atento desde el primer momento. Nos dio excelentes recomendaciones locales y se aseguró de que no nos faltara nada durante nuestra estancia. Recomiendo este apartamento sin duda a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Alghero desde un lugar cómodo, céntrico y con un anfitrión encantador. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Caterina was super responsive before and during my stay. The check in process was smooth and the private parking in the building is a huge plus. The fresh cherry basket added a nice personal touch. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk from the beautiful and bustling promenade, grocery stores, many restaurants and bars. Her place is a wonderful base to explore Bosa, La Pelosa beach and such. She provides all the beach essentials including a mat which is mandatory in La Pelosa. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on and we had two wonderful meals at the nearby Alguer Mia. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate most meals in the huge patio. One thing that was a huge surprise was the cappuccino machine. We had bar style cappuccino every single day and loved it. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly stay at her place. Highly recommend!
