Tiene 7 dormitorios, 4 baños, un aseo y amplias zonas comunes. Se ubica en un recinto de 6.000m. En su exterior cuenta con un gran patio manchego con barbacoa y un jardín arbolado con piscina. Lugar ideal para descansar.

Ideal for spending a few wonderful days of peace and quiet, strolling through the natural landscapes of the area, the source of the Mundo River, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcón de Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could be accommodated.

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
