Our house, which was renovated in 2021, is located 250 meters from the sea. You can have a pleasant time in summer and winter with the barbecue in our winter garden. The bright winter garden with a window on the ceiling is available to sit at any time of the day. All kinds of needs can be met from the village, which is a 10-minute walk away. The house was completely renovated in 2021. It is located 250 meters from the beach. One can enjoy the barbecue in the glass-covered sun room in the front of the house.

Şairhane houses offer a peaceful living space in the orchard where you can do yoga, read books and carry out your artistic activities. Kozbeyli village is a 600-year-old Ottoman village. Our village is 2 kilometers from the sea. Yeni Foça is 8 km away. Old Foça is 16 km away. Foça bays are magnificent. Fula Mountain cycling and hiking trail passes through the village. We are waiting for you with our two friendly dogs.

Eight km to Yeni Foça, twenty to the old one; our location is wonderful! If you like walking, there is a Fula Mountain bike and hiking trail right behind us. We're at the top of the village. You can enjoy the silence and the pool, away from the noise of the city, with a view. Even in the hottest times, you can have a nice holiday experience on a hill that is constantly breezy, in a very pristine location decorated with fruit trees. You have 800 square meters of space and everything you need is available in our house. You can enjoy Yeni Foça and Eski Foça beaches 10 km away. Gerenköy and Bağarası are 2 km away and offer shopping, restaurants and a pharmacy and health center.

Our summer house is 10 minutes by car from the center of Çandarlı. In the evenings, you can have a pleasant evening by going to the cafes or bars on the beach in the center of Çandarlı.
