Ms. Şeyda is an incredibly hospitable person. The welcome, the entrance to the house, everything was magnificent. It is definitely the only option for a perfect, clean accommodation in Izmir, where you will feel like your own family home. We will definitely choose this place again.

Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

Thanks to Ms. Gülgün, we had a great three days in Dikili. The times we spent in the house were also pleasant, we never wanted to get up from the balcony, and it was beautiful in the morning and the evening was different. It had plenty of everything a home should have. It was a tidy and very clean house. It was very close to everywhere and you could enter the sea right across the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in Dikili with peace of mind, you are looking at the right view. Thank you very much Ms. Gülgün for this beautiful experience.

It was a wonderful stay. The location of the house is very nice and peaceful. I can also say that it is better than us in terms of cleanliness. The fact that it is very close to Yenifoçaya in terms of location made our job easier. We thank the host for his/her interest and kindness.

The hosts had a friendly approach, the communication was good, they immediately responded to every question, they were nice people, I was glad to meet them, the neighborhood was a student place, everything was at your feet, centrally located, the prices of the cafes were affordable. As for the house, it was a little too dusty, but I can say that it is a good value for money.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Onur for his quick responses and hospitality. A terrace and a wonderful view that we feel like in our own home with new items, more enjoyable than spending time on the beach. There was everything that could be needed at home. House is incredibly beautiful. Actually it was my dream house. If I would ever have an option to build a house it would look exactly like this one😀 We felt there like at home. Every detail is beautiful. It is the best equipped house we have ever rented for vacation. It is easy to get there and hosts are very helpful. If you have a car you can easily get to many fantastic places. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! It was perfect vacation.

The location of the place is great. It consists of a mini room and a bathroom. The room was clean. The essentials are at your disposal. The communal kitchen is fine, a few new pans would be advisable. There is a courtyard where you can sit. The owners are very nice people. For a short stay I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

The house was clean and spacious, the balcony and garden part were also quite spacious and a quiet place in terms of location, and a nice view of the sea, a place to come as a family and stay comfortably, the affordable host was very interested. It is very close to the village, so the only negative side is close to the bays by car, the road in front of the house is broken due to the municipality, but there is no problem since there is no parking problem, finally, when the water is cut off in the vicinity, it is coming from the warehouse, the flow falls and it becomes difficult to take a shower. In summary, it is a suitable place for those who are looking for a calm,spacious, safe family environment

We had the chance to eat pears, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers from the garden. It was close enough to the beach. The neighbors were extremely kind and helpful people. Ms. Mürüvvet ( my daughter's aunt Mücver) was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied. We recommend it to everyone.
