Mr. Faruk is very kind and understanding. Great location, amenities and views of the house. I definitely recommend it to those who will stay in Dikili.

Yeni Foça is a great place to relax your soul for few days. Water is extremely clean and is a great opportunity to do some stuff such as wind surfing. The Apart Otel is new and a really great place to spend some days. From the Hotel to the beach you need just 3 min walk. Around a corner is a Migros Supermarktet and some small vegetable markets. So with the integrated kitchen in the rooms, you have the opportunity to cook for yourself or keep your beverages cold in the fridge. And at the night it is pretty quite, so no noises from the live music bars at the beach. The personell at the Apart Otel is extremely friendly, flexible and welcoming. They manage to change our room to the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the good view at the balcony. Also we checked in earlier than 3pm without any problems If I come back to Foça, I will definitely come back to the Hotel again! Side note: The personell do not speak much English, but they can perfectly handle translate programms. :)

Lovely place to stay! The apartment was completely as described and photographed — clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient: there are lots of shops, cafes and a large underground paid parking nearby. Separately, I want to note the hostess — she responded very quickly and was incredibly responsive. Thank you for the nice stay!

The view of the house is very nice. Everything has been considered to be comfortable at home. Cleanliness and carafes were great. The house is pleasantly furnished. Mr. Mert was caring and kind. The location of the house is very central and very close to all transportation vehicles.

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can be comfortable, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Thanks to Ms. Gülgün, we had a great three days in Dikili. The times we spent in the house were also pleasant, we never wanted to get up from the balcony, and it was beautiful in the morning and the evening was different. It had plenty of everything a home should have. It was a tidy and very clean house. It was very close to everywhere and you could enter the sea right across the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in Dikili with peace of mind, you are looking at the right view. Thank you very much Ms. Gülgün for this beautiful experience.

Gökhan is a very kind and welcoming person, always available to help whenever you need. The house is excellent — clean, quiet, and well-furnished. Everything was perfect. It’s definitely one of the best places to stay in İzmir. I highly recommend it.

The pictures show the apartment exactly how it is. I had a little trouble finding the place, but once I did the instructions were pretty clear on how to get inside. The apartment was clean and I had everything I needed. As a girl, I felt safe in the neighbourhood. Shops, bakery, farmer’s market (I highly recommend), and authentic restaurants are nearby. The host was reachable although I had no questions and issues to discuss :)

Our second stay, the house is tremendously comfortable and easily accessible. I highly recommend it in your choice.

I stayed with my wife and my 1 and a half year old daughter. We were as comfortable as in our home. We stayed in room 105. There's a small beach within walking distance. We entered the sea from the first place in the morning. We would like to thank Ms. Ipek and Ms. Seray for their help. We'll stay here again. I recommend it.
