The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Had a lovely stay with my husband, 3 children and elderly mother and aunt. The villa was stocked really well (we needed to top up loo roll) with condiments and utensils. The beds were comfy and 3 bathrooms were great for our group. There is plenty of seating around the pool for sun or shade. I would recommend getting some bug spray/citronella as there were a lot of flies. There is a large fridge freezer which was ideal for our big food shop. Possibly worth checking if there is a spare tank of gas for the bbq, as it ran out when we were halfway through cooking. Daniel was responsive, let us know where the spare bottle was and gave us instructions to change it so we were able to bbq happily the rest of the week. The spar shop is handy and inexpensive, a short drive but about about a 40 min walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. We would recommend it and we would return.

Such a lovely villa, great pool that could be heated and whirlpool, kitchen was very well equipped. Spacious lounge and kitchen area, beautifully kept gardens, great restaurants nearby and a very good local shop at the top of the road, easy drive to Arenal sandy beach, also great restaurants and shops, would definitely go again.

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The place was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but also the view of the sea and the city lights was simply breathtaking. It was a real highlight to watch the passing planes. The hospitality of Dietmar and Ann-Charlotte was exceptional. The beautiful apartment is very quiet and the bed is really very comfortable! We can recommend the place 100%. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

We had a great time with the family in Javea! We were super well received upon arrival, the accommodation was nice, even more beautiful than in photos! We had everything at our disposal and the house was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, BBQ, appliances and products, the three toilets of the house, the outdoor fridge, etc.) We spent a lot of time outdoors, charming and well-designed terrace! Special mention to the very nice pool which is also very refreshing! Despite the a priori suburban location, we were quiet for the duration of the stay. We would highly recommend and will be sure to come back! Don't forget the mosquito repellent, there's a lot!

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa for 4 days. It has everything you would need to keep lots of guests entertained. The rooms are large and comfortable with air con. The villa is big enough for all the guests to be relaxed with loads of space for everyone to be comfortable. The pool was the perfect size and well kept. Cooking was so easy with loads of equipment and two large kitchens. We will definitely be rebooking soon !!! Thank you .

very nice stay, when we asked for something, we always got immediate response. The children's chair was missing at first but the host solved this. the next day we had a baby chair. We've enjoyed our stay!
