Each room (bedrooms and living room), features its own air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout the year, whether you need to stay cool or cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.
