The location was fantastic. The host is very responsive and friendly Kitchen utensils are also well prepared The laundry was done well. However, the apartment is old, so bugs may come out!

Perfect set up for our family of 6 and great location. Beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home. The patio was an extra special place to start the day or relax after a long day. Host Ignacio was very helpful with local tips and information. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

The house was impeccable, the pool is much larger than it looks in the photos of the listing. The garage was our salvation for parking, as it would be impossible to park the car on the street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and supermarkets. It is a short walk from some of the most important points of Seville. Communication with those in charge was always incredible and fast. The points of interest provided by Jose were good. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

Jose Abraham's listing exceeded our expectations - especially in the size, furnishings and comfort. Jose Abraham is proactive, a good conversationalist and corresponds well and immediately. He responds to any inquiries in a timely manner. The apartment's location is ideal for public commute, as it is located fairly near the major train station. It is also located near the commercial center, hence you are surrounded by good restaurants, retail shops and churches. The place is definitely worth much more than the price advertised.

Apartment in a very nice neighborhood on the edge of the Guadalquivir with restaurants very close! The Santa Cruz district can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Apparently very clean and in accordance with the description with a super nice terrace. Laureen welcomed us very well: thank you again!

I loved staying here! This spacious apartment is on a quiet street just minutes away from cafes, bakeries, and shops. Leonor is a wonderful communicator. The space is clean, quiet, safe, and private. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make meals, and the outdoor courtyard is lovely in the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to go back one day.

no matter what I write it is not gonna describe how Miguel and his wife , are so far its the best airbnb ever I had have Miguel and his wife met us at the checking time even if it was late cause we booked a parking place that was realy close to the apartment but unfortunately our car didn't fit so Miguel had to park his car in the parking booked and let us use his parking in front of the house . Miguel's wife offered us fruits and cold water cause it was late and all shops were close that was really kind from her . Miguel was helpful with all the informations about the area and the neighborhood too . the day of the check out we forgot our passport in the apartment but both of them Miguel and his wife did the best to find a solution to get them , I'm so sorry again for the mess . For the apartment it s cozy clean and beautiful and we were 6 , 4 adults and a toddler and the baby he set the crib for the baby 👶 . the kitchen has everything you need for cooking .

Very well-kept house, with all the amenities, in a quiet and beautiful area. Perfect for enjoying the house and for a getaway and getting to know Sanlúcar. It's impossible to find a fault. We'll be back!

An incredible stay, the house was impeccable and with all the amenities you need, the house is beautiful and the garden is fantastic. Isabel is very kind, attentive and thoughtful, it has been a pleasure to meet her. We will definitely repeat, everything has been perfect.

A week of perfect disconnection surrounded by nature.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.

It was a very good experience, the house is great, fully equipped, the development is very quiet and the people are very friendly. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

Great, accomodative host and very responsive. The place is huge--12 beds and sufficient bathrooms. the only suggestion is to improve the odor in the attached bath on the level of kitchen. That bathroom was clean but there was some weird odor. All other bathrooms were clean and odorless. Just keep in mind that most bathrooms cannot be locked from inside--just the nature of the house. Nothing wrong about it --just different. The rooms were very spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with utensils and amenities. We did not get to use the spa so cannot comment there. Overall, it is a great find for large groups (we were 12) and offers a short walk (accessibility) to main attractions. Will love t stay here again.

Fantastic launching point to see all of Seville. We stayed for three days - really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 8 with two teens included - everyone had enough space to feel settled. Elevator is a life saver as otherwise four total stories (laundry is in attic/floor 4) would be tough getting up and down the stairs. Yolanda was very responsive and took care of our questions quickly. All was a great - fantastic stay in Seville!

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

Lovely apartment in the old town easy walking distance to everywhere the apartment was great very clean with plenty of thoughtful extras.

Good location and nice place in general

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

Our family loves this place. It is exactly the same as the pictures: the location is on the main street, it is convenient for people going to the old city and attractions, and it is also convenient to take the bus to the airport; it is located on the top floor with an elevator, the environment in the building is clean, the scenery outside the large angle window is great, there are several delicious restaurants and breakfast shops nearby; the bathroom space is sufficient.It was really great!

We really enjoyed our stay in Jesus’ apartment. Our arrival was delayed however the commutation with Maria was excellent and she met us outside when we arrived. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and, because the windows were small and shuttered, we slept really well without being woken when it got light. The little table and chairs on the balcony were great and the courtyard gave a peaceful oasis amidst the busyness of the city. The location was really convenient , just a 15 min walk to the centre through the narrow streets of the old town, also there was a supermarket just round the corner.

I can't say so much about the surroundings because we came late and left early but we really enjoyed our stay in the appartment. It's not far to Sevilla's city center, which was important for us. Everything was clean and we had enough space for our family of four.

Incredible days in Rafa and Diego's apartment. Great feedback from the start. The apartment is just like the photos, there is no shortage of details and amenities. We agree with Rafa and we only have good words, very attentive and close. We had a great time, we'll be back for sure.
