We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is very spacious and fits all 9 (5 adults & 4 children) of us with ample space left. The house is located in a beautiful surrounding and well equipped. It has all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home. The location is great too as it is only 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins away from the nearest mall. Its strategic location made traveling around to popular tourist spots very accessible. Highly recommended for any families looking to travel to Perth soon as this is truly a gem!

We had a great stay. The house and grounds were great for family. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space for kids to explore and enjoy. Will definitely keep in mind for another family get together.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

Great host, great house

We had a comfortable stay at La Mer Vacation house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the property itself is kind of a retreat in itself. The pool area outside is great for relaxing with conversations and coffee. There are enough rooms for the 6 of us and all slept on proper beds, not sofa bed. It is quite close to Quinns beach and driving to the city and other attractions only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. Ron, our host, is very responsive and considerate. He even prepared a complimentary gift basket for us and allowed us a late check out too. Thank you Ron.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Calvin's communication was fabulous and the outdoor pool room made the perfect space to study.

We stayed here in Autumn and found it was easy to access mullaloo beach, cafes and a local shop just around the corner. It was easy to access places and the freeway. The accommodation matched the description and all towels and linen were provided even beach towels! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to book with a few guests. Plenty of space and although we didn’t use the pool we did use the outside area which was great!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Rebecca's place was immaculate and great for big families. They had complete amenities for the kitchen for us to get started on cooking dinner since we checked in late in the evening. Their beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider their place again should we come and visit Perth!

The view and area was absolutely stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. Rustic home. Fireplace was great and spa was wonderful. Such a great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend to others who want a nature getaway. Felt like we were sleeping in a tree house, with great sunrise and sunset views.

Lesa's place was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for a low key girls weekend and barely left the beautiful balcony with uninterrupted ocean views as far as the eye can see. The kitchen was the best equipped one I've ever encountered and had everything you could possibly need. The quality, cleanliness and comfortability of the linen, towels, couches etc cannot be understated. It was absolutely luxurious and the nicest touches in every room didn't go unnoticed. We all commented on how well we slept with the sound of waves crashing and on those comfy beds and pillows! Plenty of space for everyone to chill and also come together for meals etc. Lesa was great to deal with as well, super responsive and very clear instructions for everything we needed. Cannot fault a single thing about this place - book it now!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Great stay at Sharlene’s! Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The layout was perfect for the 3 of us. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the courtyard each morning and cosy evenings watching some Netflix in the evening. Close to the shops and the beach. Would recommend.

House was perfect for our large group of singles. Lots of bedding and great communal areas. Outdoor area and pool were a standout and if we had been there in warmer months would have been used more. Check-in instructions were clear and lots of sensor lights so we could find our way. All of our group commented on how much they loved the house

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Katie's a warm, friendly and kind host who went above and beyond all expectations of a super host. Her property is a 40 minute drive from Perth CBD but it felt like miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful getaway! 😀 Katie's thoughtful nature is evident from the well-stocked pantry to the huge range of kitchen appliances that she provided for her guests. Her fridge even has an automatic water and ice dispenser! 😍 Every corner in the house and the backyard was well-designed and much thought was given to provide a home away from home experience for us. Interaction with all her animals was great! There were chooks, goats, sheep and horses who are all so well looked after! We really appreciate her sharing and her efforts to show us the authentic way of life on a farm. 😊 We are missing Katie's place and her animals so much now and hope to be back one day! Highly recommended and a true gem in the Swan Valley region. ❤️️
