Twill’s Studio

Twill’s Studio is self contained and situated in the picturesque village of Ashprington, an area of ANOB. The accommodation is next door to my home and is approached down a country lane adjacent to a working farm. It comprises of a kitchenette area with fridge, 2 ring hob, a microwave/oven a toaster, kettle and cafetière. The Studio is 3 miles from Totnes and ideally situated between coast and Dartmoor. There are beautiful walks along the Dart Estuary and the village pub is a short walk away.

The Granary

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Situated down a country lane amidst a farming community on an ex-farm. This lovely detached barn conversion has all the amenities complete with private parking and exclusive garden area. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are all within 15/20 mins reach. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.

Burr Barn is part of a quintessentially English homestead on a private estate at the bottom of a tranquil valley. The stone built 200 year old original Devon milking parlour has been converted into a luxury holiday home, retaining the scissor beam trusses. Open plan living with range cooker and cosy wood burner. Five acres of grounds surrounding with a pond, stream and orchard. In the courtyard of buildings is the indoor heated 11 meter pool, with showers and private changing facilities.
