A haven of peace, in a rural and bucolic setting, a stop to listen to nature, bathe in the peaceful Dordogne (300m), go for a walk to discover the prehistoric sites of the valley of man.
“Another big thank you to Michel who knew how to welcome us wonderfully for this superb stay. We recommend without hesitation! The warm welcome, the quality of the breakfast, the perfect location and the hospitality of Michel and Olivier were at the meeting.”

“We highly recommend the village of Domme to anyone planning a visit to the Dordogne region of France. Firstly, the area is beautiful and the many villages and towns that dot the area are all worth a visit. The village itself is friendly and everyone we met was accommodating and friendly. Our stay at Francine's was delightful and she and her husband have done a beautiful job renovating the Gite. We had everything we could ever need to make our stay a joy. Only addition would be to have wifi, however...not a deal breaker as location was worth it. Wifi always available at the Tourist Info Centre for those moments when you need to connect. Loved our stay.”
Superb loft all comfort in the heart of the medieval village of Beynac, on the banks of the Dordogne, located in a very touristic area, close to many visits and activities. 2 terraces at your disposal, breathtaking view of the Dordogne valley .. Châteaux (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes ... etc), International museum of prehistory, caves (Lascaux, Le grand roc, La Cave, Padirac .....), Bastides (Domme, Monpazier), Rocamadour etc. .
“We couldn't have been happier at Odile's place! She spoke little English, we spoke zero French, but still we managed to connect and communicate effectively where to park for free (we started by meeting in the paid parking by the main hotel), then she drove us and our luggage up the tiniest streets to her home, then we went up two flights to the charming attic apartment. The views from the roof top windows are breathtaking. The location can't be beat for seeing the entire Perigord Noir region and, if you like driving a couple hours through the French countryside like we do, the entire Perigord region. Wonderful stay, would happily stay again!”
