Bayview House - Beautiful Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and stunning sunsets through the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview House. Observe the local wildlife including deer and a variety of birds while you sip your morning coffee. The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

At 800 square feet, it features a clean, open-concept layout, thoughtful furnishings, and in-suite laundry facilities, which make settling in effortless. Two oversized sliding glass doors open to a deck with outdoor seating and Bay views that guests rave about. The living area features cozy seating, a smart TV on wheels for flexibility, and a workspace setup.

"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

The Elk View Suite- 5 min to town, 15 min to Beach

The views of the Umpqua River and Elk Reserve are breathtaking from this spacious, cozy studio! The location is a perfect launching pad for adventures, but is also a relaxing place to stay & unwind. We provide quality amenities, a high level of cleanliness and personal touches to ensure a fabulous experience. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on custom made furniture stationed right outside your door! Located 15 minutes from local beaches & only 30 min from either Coos Bay or Florence.

Riverfront Hideaway - Hot Tub - Private Entrance

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. While located in the heart of wine country with river views and river access only a few short steps away, it's still just a quick 10-minute jaunt into town. Fishing, agriculture, local activities, and wildlife surround our peaceful hideaway. We fell in love with this place! Come immerse yourself in its natural serenity. The unit is on 12+ acres and attached to the main house. It's been recently remodeled. Seasonal water sports available.

Rustic Riverfront Cabin

Rustic riverfront cabin only steps from the world famous Umpqua River. 3bd/2ba home on almost an acre nestled in the trees. 2 Pets are permitted with approval and a fee applies, see below. There is a fully furnished kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, pellet stove, barbeque, WIFI, streaming and a good selection of dvd's, books and games available. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)

Cottage on the Bay

Cottage style decor with shabby chic and slip-covered furniture. We are 3-1/2 miles from the North Bend (McCullough) Bridge and only about 5 miles from the nearest beach, Horsfall Beach, and the famous sand dunes. This is our guest house, but you will enjoy plenty of privacy in this quiet little cottage. You may also enjoy your large private deck and flower garden that we've created for your enjoyment.
