My Lille Apartment

A charming duplex apartment, tastefully decorated, in the heart of Old Lille: - 10 min walk from the 2 stations Lille Flandres and Lille Europe - 10 min walk to Rihour metro station or Lille Flandre metro station - 5 min walk to Grand-Place - 1.5 km (20 min walk) from Zénith de Lille - 12 km from Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy in Villeneuve-d'Ascq (15 min by car or 40 min by metro) - 12 km from Lille-Lesquin Airport Underground parking, V'Lille bikes, buses… everything is nearby.

In our garden...

On the ground floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a double bed, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years old), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the bottom of the garden, the "Once Upon a Time hut": a double bed. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and have to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 car or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

In the center of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 min from Lille and 5 min from the train station to Lille or Lens, Pretty little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up is a beautiful cathedral living room with TV and wifi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, possibility of a single mattress in the mezzanine. We await you 😉

Apartment located on the first floor of a contemporary house with independent access. It is decorated in a stylish and refined design. It is composed of a bedroom with a 180 X 200 double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The 50 m² apartment has its own 8 m² balcony. It gives you private access to a fitness area and a wellness area consisting of a Jacuzzi and a sauna. The accommodation is located less than 10 km from Lille city center.

Gîte du Plateau de Fléquières (apple tree) Wattignies

House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

Everything is provided to allow you to travel light (bed linen and bathroom linen).

The accommodation has a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the garden, a bedroom with bathroom upstairs. The building is independent. Breakfast is served on site. In an inhabited U farmhouse, this apartment, with its independent entrance is located on the floor of a fully renovated old chicory dryer. Featuring a large living room of more than 30m2 with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave), separate toilets, a bedroom with a double bed and its shower room. At the entrance of the cottage, you will enjoy a small terrace and a summer bar with its barbecue.

Welcome to our 35 m2 studio. The studio is ideally located and is located opposite the Mons Sarts metro station (not even a 1-minute walk).
