Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Allenspark

The house is fantastic - very pretty, clean, and excellent appliances. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. My favorite part though was the views, they are even better than shown in the pictures! We had more than enough room for our family of four, and I appreciated that the vacuum and brooms were easily accessible to keep the house tidy during our stay. There were lots of thoughtful places to put things like shoes, a coat rack, and empty shelves for our things throughout the house. There is also a playground in the neighborhood, and Lily Lake is less than a 10 mins drive, which ended up being in my top 3 favorite places in Rocky Mountain National Park. We can't wait to come back some day in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were very responsive, the house had everything we could need, and the views and surrounding area were gorgeous. Quick ~15-20 mins to Boulder

Perfect stay for our family to enjoy the beauty of Estes and RMNP! The space was cozy, clean, and comfortable! The deck space and hot tub were stand-out features! We highly recommend and hope to visit again!

This place is just stunning. The location is perfect. Peaceful. I could live here forever. The house itself was squeaky clean. The linens were clean and fresh. My 2 year old loved playing with the UNO cards and we read some of the books they had there. Our parents kept asking if we could extend our stay at the house! Lots of space for a big group. I’m hoping to go back here and maybe do some yoga on this deck some day 😊

If you’re reading this review and contemplating on whether you should book or not…book it. You won’t be disappointed. The house felt brand new with top end furnishings. Basically, you can bring some food but everything else is provided. Literally, everything else. We travelled as two adult families (4 adults and a teenager) and had plenty of room. Our teenage son was immediately drawn in by the Nintendo Switch and could be found glued to the TV at any chance. We used this as a ‘base camp’ while we spent a couple of days in RMNP. The drive to both entrances was quick and easy (20-30 minutes - Bear Lake is the closer of the two). You’re also really close to downtown (maybe 5-10 minutes depending on where you’re going - restaurants, shopping, etc.). They provide robes & slippers for the hot tub so all you need is a bathing suit and you’re ready to relax after hiking in the mountains. If we return to EP this is the 1st place I’m going to look and have my fingers crossed it’s available!

Bruce's place was perfect for a variety of reasons. It's ideally located next to some of the more special but isolated RMNP trails but only 20 mins from Estes Park. Most notably it's right next to the long's peak trailhead and you can walk to it if you don't want to deal with the trailhead parking! The property is nicely isolated on private forest land and has an abundance of local wildlife and birds (massive herd of elk inhabited the space in front of the house for half a day and we could just watch them from inside). The home itself is so incredibly unique. It's a very impressive structure built around a "Russian chimney" and it's full of aweso little amenities and conveniences. Bruce was a great host and very respos and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay in Winter Park! The condo was perfect for our trip. It was very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and trails. We loved the outdoor space since our weather was amazing. I would definitely recommend Billy's place to anyone going to Winter Park!

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

The place was perfect for us! Our host had very helpful instructions and notes. Everything was just like the listing. Definitely recommend checking out this home if you’re looking for a sweet and safe spot in Colorado!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here June 1st thru the 4th and we really enjoyed it. It was cozy and felt so homey. The location was also awesome. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Maria was great and very accommodating. We would love to stay there again in the future

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay; I can’t wait to come back and recommend Jennie’s place 100%!

This place was amazing and exactly as listed. We spent every evening sitting on the patio listening to the creek that was right in the backyard. We ate at several of the restaurants they had recommended in their guest book and they were all so good. Super comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

We LOVED our stay at your condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. First, you can't beat the location to Rocky Mountain National Park! It's close to places to get gas, grab a bite to eat, and again, just minutes from the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP. We saw 21 moose in just three days at the park (YES, 21), but one of the moose we saw was on the condo property! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The living room/kitchen area was very warm and toasty, but with opening the doors and windows for a bit, it cooled off, and it was comfortable. The place was very clean, and we loved having our parking spot so close to the condo. We also LOVED the view from our balcony. Beautiful snow-capped mountains, a glistening lake, amazing morning coffee moments! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting RMNP! Thank you for the memories!

Location, Location, Location! Todd’s condo is just about five minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park—perfect for our family, who planned to explore it the next day. It’s also just steps from beautiful Grand Lake. There’s a seating area on the front porch that made the perfect spot for morning coffee. Parking is free and plentiful—we were able to park right in front of the rental, which made loading and unloading super convenient. A quick walk around to the other side of the building leads you to local shops and dining spots. Don’t miss the wonderful bakery about a block away on the corner—they serve a tasty breakfast and sell delicious pastries. Todd was incredibly responsive to my booking request, and his communication throughout was fantastic. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Four adults stayed comfortably for one night. Both the bed and the pull-out couch were comfortable, and the bathroom had a large shower with a handheld shower wand.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

Kristin's place was super cozy, modern and clean — just like the listing described. It’s right by the lake with amazing views, and the house had everything we needed for our trip. Welcome gift was a nice touch! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great — walking distance to a lot of Dillon attractions and really close to Silverthorne too. Kristin was super responsive and helpful with our needs. We'd definitely recommend staying here. Hope to come back again!
