Beautiful and large house, quiet, very bright and well equipped. Lots of toys that the kids enjoyed, the same for the garden. The garden is very nice with fruit trees, a trampoline and a hammock. It was very easy to reach the center of Copenhagen with the S train to Allerød station (15 min walk through the woods or free parking near the station then 30 minutes by train max. Trains every 10 minutes at least during the day). Supermarket and bakery very close. A few regrets when we arrived about dirty pans and pots, unwashed bath mats from previous tenants, beds to make yourself (non-iron sheets, a hole, missing ones to look for in a closet). Good value for the money. Mathias is very responsive. We warmly recommend this rental.

what a lovely house, with great garden and a lovely shower and lovely beds. a very quiet area. Everything was present and equipped with every comfort. we had a wonderful holiday what a great beautiful quiet and clean country is Denmark...we can recommend it to everyone.

We (family with 2 teen daughters and a small dog) had a fantastic vacantion in Birkerod! The house and garden are amazing, the host is very friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect to explore Saeland, both the nature and the cities are all within a 1hr driving distance. Copenhagen is fantastic, but so are the lakes in the area, the castles in Hillerod, Hilgerod. Mons Klint is a bit further away, but absolutely worth the trip!!!

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at Mette's. A beautiful house with lovely outdoor space in the garden. We took advantage of Mette's bikes on offer to cycle to the local lake for swimming. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped.

Nice apartment in cozy area. Close to everything. Here we would love to stay on the next visit of Copenhagen.

We have just spent 4 nights at Pernille's apartment and it was just amazing . such a stylish , superbly clean place , with a great garden that we could sit in after our daily travels. Great location for getting around Copenhagen as well . Pernille was a fantastic host , loved everything about it especially the morning just cooked buns , and the very cute friendly dog & cat Monty and Oscar. would definitely recommend , a really great place to stay Sarah & Mick

We were very warmly welcomed and were shown the beautiful surroundings on a small tour of the grounds by Tina. The accommodation is very comfortable and lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The apartment is flooded with light through large glass windows and glass doors. There is a cozy seating area outside right in front of the living-dining area with a large table to eat there. We enjoyed the peace and the enchanting polyphonic bird concert. Tina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, Tina hung delicious croissants on the door. We felt wonderfully spoiled all around! This place offers a great starting point for excursions into nature in the immediate vicinity, but also for activities in Roskilde and Copenhagen. We had a wonderful stay at Ghita's place! The location is incredibly strategic — just a short walk to the Bella centre as well as metro and train station, which made getting around the city super convenient. The place itself is cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and thoughtfully designed with a warm, modern touch that made it feel like home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great accessibility.

A wonderful stay. Rooms are separate so it felt more roomy than the pictures would suggest. Felt right at home. You have to be a little conscious of the stairs down and also the changes in the floor levels between the rooms but it wasn’t a problem - even for my parents in their mid-eighties but might be a consideration if you have mobility issues. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and quiet stay within easy reach of both the airport and the centre of CPH. Pernille was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Had the most gorgeous stay at E & M's place. Being a frequent visitor to CPH for work/pleasure reasons, I've had my fair share of AirBnBs recently and I will, without a doubt, return here! Firstly, as hosts, E & M are just wonderful - excellent comms and made me feel totally at home without overwhelming me with info. As for the space itself, it is beautiful. Spacious, clean, with an abundance of character. The welcome bottle of wine was SUCH a lovely touch. The space is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring CPH and one thing that really really stood out for me was how quiet it was. Having stayed in a lot of central CPH apartments, etc I have grown so used to being woken up at ungodly hours by bin collections and merry people leaving bars, whereas my stay here was so, so peaceful. The garden is beautiful and a really unique addition. I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped thanks to rain, so will definitely have to return! Diolch yn fawr iawn :)

A very well-maintained and beautifully furnished holiday home in a quiet location, decorated in Scandinavian style. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Even the youngest guests are catered for; there are children's vehicles and plenty of toys. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance, and the beautiful, child-friendly beach is also quickly accessible. The house also has a huge terrace and a wonderful garden where the children can relax and play. The garden is completely fenced and not visible from the outside. The hostess gave us a friendly welcome and even gave us tips for excursions. Check-in and check-out were seamless. There is private parking in front of the house. Also worth mentioning are the very comfortable beds; we slept wonderfully; you don't find something like that in every holiday home. We can highly recommend Inger and her house to families and those seeking relaxation.

The wooden cottage is idyllically located on a steep slope over the sea. There are some neighbors nearby, who you can also hear. But since the grass was not mowed and was very high, you still felt mostly alone in the middle of a large meadow. The small wooden house was furnished with everything we needed. Actually, we don't like the shabby style. But the objects were not artificially made to look old, but really old and specifically selected. We enjoyed it very much.

Lovely stay - cosy and secluded but nice to explore and great walk to the beach!

The house is in a quiet place that we used as a base for a day in Copenhagen, among other things. The house is large, looked tidy and clean, has a large garden and we walked to the fjord in the evening. We experienced the environment and tranquility as a plus! The kitchen was also extensive and equipped with all comforts. We can recommend Malene and Claus's home to anyone if you are looking for a quiet place in a beautiful environment, we have enjoyed it.

We had a great stay at Sven’s summerhouse. I stayed there with my 2-year old daughter and elderly grandmother, and the house was perfectly equipped for the three of us. They had a baby crib and high chair available, kitchen is well equipped and the house is very comfortable and nice. The location is peaceful surrounding forrest and a small beach, although its location is a bit further from the more beautiful beach in the north of Rørvig. Everything is easily accessible by car. There were also bikes available on the premises, which we didn’t use. Lastly, Sven was extremely helpful, responded quickly and had great recommendations. Overall we enjoyed our stay at their beautiful house in Rørvig.

Very quiet location yet relatively close to Copenhagen and Roskilde. This made it possible to take advantage of cultural offerings. Nature right outside the front door. Mikael's cottage was warm despite the wintry temperatures. Bathroom with underfloor heating, the living room with fireplace and electric heating. Beautiful garden. The use was of course limited in winter, but certainly a plus in summer.
