This house is located in the town of Gannat, 20 minutes from the town of Vichy, 2 minutes from the Paris Montpellier motorway. You are in the center of the triangle grouping Vulcania in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes, the Puy de Dôme and the animal and amusement park Le Pal. In Gannat, you will also find the Rhinopolis paleontology park.

The house is the ideal base for discovering the Puy mountain range on foot or by mountain bike. The Puy-de-Dôme, in the immediate vicinity, is opposite the house. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the magnificent Charade golf course, located 350 meters from the house. And less than 15 minutes by car, the Golf des Volcans, at the foot of Puy-de-Dôme, awaits you... The house is surrounded by greenery: all the windows allow you to enjoy a soothing view of the garden.
