The house has three floors and a living area of 140 m². On the first floor there is a hallway and a guest toilet, as well as a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. A terrace with seating with a grill and private garden are provided. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The highlight here is the large bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed.

Vacation home to the watchmaker

The modernly furnished apartment boasts an ideal location: Europa-Park is only 250 meters away and can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot, while Rulantica is approximately a 15-minute walk away. A parking space directly next to the apartment is included from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Thanks to the key box, flexible check-in from 4:00 PM is possible. Towels and bed linen are, of course, provided.

Arrive and feel good. In our spacious (80 sqm) and modern furnished apartment you can do that. A large and fully equipped kitchen gives you the opportunity to prepare meals yourself. The cozy living-dining room invites you to eat together and chill on the couch. 2 separate bedrooms ensure a restful and undisturbed sleep. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Europa-Park. Apartment PUNKT, 5-minute walk to Europa-Park

The apartment PUNKT is 500 meters from the entrance of Europa-Park. The water park, RULANTICA, is about 1.5 km away The nature reserve "Taubergießen" is located about 800 meters away. There is also a bus stop and a charging station for electric cars 150 meters away. There is also a bakery (closed on Wednesdays) as well as various restaurants and a pharmacy 250 meters away.

We are centrally located to Europa-Park about 600 m and Rulantica. Both parks are in the immediate vicinity.
