The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Zum Schauinsland: Small but nice apartment

Our newly renovated studio apartment in the basement is located in the southernmost district of Freiburg at the foot of the local mountain “Schauinsland.” You can reach this in just 20 minutes by car or you can take the Schauinslandbahn (Germany's longest aerial cable car), which is only 5 minutes away by car. Freiburg city center can be reached by tram (final stop only a 5-minute walk away) within 10 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike lovers can start their tours from the house.

The house is conveniently located, Tübingen and Reutlingen are a 15-minute drive away, Stuttgart and the exhibition center are a 30-minute drive away.

In the middle of the city and yet very quiet, you are super fast everywhere you want to go during the day and in the evening and at night you can enjoy the tranquility in the attic, with windows to the courtyard. In the summer of 2020, it was newly refurbished and completely newly equipped. Everything is as I would expect it to be myself.
