Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Great option when staying in Newton and right down the street from an incredible entrance to a hiking trail. Serge was a great host and kept us informed the entire trip.

Amy’s home in Marblehead is just perfect. The location of the home was so lovely, as was the home itself, and the host Amy was wonderful. What a memorable weekend we had. I planned my childhood best friend’s “last toast on the coast” and honestly, it wouldn’t have been as perfect without Amy’s lovely home. You don’t realize how important your air bnb environment is on a trip - but it is so important and sets the tone for the trip. So thank you so much Amy! She is such a kind and helpful host. My family loves to travel to MA coast - I told them all about Amy’s home, and will hope to return in the future!

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. Super fun and eclectic house! What really made the stay were the owners, they are thoughtful and very responsive, they clearly care a lot about their guests!

Scott was very easy to communicate with, and he was very nice. They were so thoughtful and even left us a dozen eggs from their backyard chickens! The place was spacious and peaceful. Check in and checkout process was very easy!

We had a great time staying in Weymouth, (June 2025). Shortly after our arrival, the host came over to welcome us and show us the place, which is accurate to the listing photos. He gave us some local recommendations. (Take the ferry to Boston!) The house was well stocked with kitchen plates/utensils, blankets/towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, playing pool, board games in the dining room, etc. It was a great place for my family to chill out after the busy days in Boston, Salem, etc. The beds were very comfy memory foam style. Lots of places to relax watching boats on the river and amazing sunsets. My family loved the house and we would stay there again.

This property was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. Clean and cozy and felt right at home. There was plenty for the kids to do so we didn’t have to limit screen time because they wanted to be enjoying the amenities available! Jody was quick to respond with any/all questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend to everyone especially those with children!

Wonderful place. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Great place and good location for exploring. We used rideshare and the train to get to the sights throughout Boston.

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

We stayed at Jenny‘s house while we were moving our son into his new apartment at Boston College. The home was perfect and just like the description, very clean and comfortable, the view of the river was amazing and we enjoyed our swans that visited every day! The kitchen was very well stocked, although we did not have the chance to cook any real meals since we were running errands during our entire stay. The basement laundry area was very clean and convenient. The downtown neighborhood was very cool with many restaurants to choose from. Definitely would highly recommend!

Lange is a fantastic host and this airBnB is beautiful. It's plenty of space for a solo traveler and in a great neighborhood. There are a few flights of stairs to contend with, so if you have mobility issues I would look for another option, but beyond that I highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best AirBnb's that we have ever stayed in! The house was perfectly clean and we found absolutely everything we could think of. A well equipped kitchen with really all equipment to cook a good meal and also the rest of the house leaves no wishes open. Barry and Kellie were both extremely friendly and even got us some milk for breakfast (once again thank you). Response time to any question was extremely short. I can only recommend this nice little house to everyone. If we ever return to this area we will surely stay there again. Thank you Barry and Kellie... you made a difficult trip such a lot easier!

This was the perfect spot for us to make home for a few days. Super clean and organized with a thoughtfully-stocked kitchen and bathroom and plenty of room to keep our things. The bed was super comfy and the neighborhood is quiet - we slept well, and woke up to lovely birdsong. The apartment felt really private. There are some cool places to explore a short drive (or walk!) away, including Garden in the Woods and the McAuliffe branch of the Framingham Public Library and plenty of shopping and dining options not too far away. We especially loved getting takeout from Saxonville Burrito, but we also cooked quite a few meals "at home." Highly recommend! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a fairly long, somewhat steep set of stairs to get into the apartment - railings on both sides and perfectly safe, but might be a lot for anyone with mobility issues.

Great place to stay! very welcoming. The place was clean and had everything I needed. It reminded me of my own home! Nathan was very responsive. The only problem was the banging noises with kids jumping around a lot on the second floor. It becomes unbearable more so during my work from home (remote) days. Even during some late nights, you can still hear them. I completely understand as I also have a 6 y/o.. But, Nathan was very responsive when I reached out to him. Otherwise, I would definitely go there anytime!

Beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood! Close to local restaurants and shops, but the noise of those spaces didn’t affect sleep.

Clean and cozy. Accessing Boston was very easy with the bus service. Overall a very good place to stay!

Stayed here for 10 days in late November. My mom was transitioning from the hospital to rehab and then to her home. I worked all day everyday getting her place ready. John's Place came to be known as My Sanctuary at the end of the day. Very comfortable and very quiet. And John is a very nice, accommodating, compassionate guy. He asked about my mom everyday. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to the Boston area. Thanks for everything, John!

Great place! Spotless- everything you can possibly need including cooking oils and various kitchen gadgets. The location is within 15-20 minutes of most places. Great to have parking right there by the house also. Tim is a great communicator. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home, which made our trip for my daughter’s graduation a wonderful event. The owners were very responsive and the home was very clean. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay in Cambridge at this home. We had 2 families totaling 9 people. We slept very comfortably. We arrived earlier than check in and were headed to a Red Sox game, the owners were kind enough to let us enter the home and store our luggage right after the previous guests left and before the cleaners came. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved Nicole's house. It was perfect for our family of 8. Incredibly well equipped, it was like being at home! Nothing was too much trouble. Nicole kindly allowed us to leave suitcases due to early or late flights. Clean and comfortable. Perfect in every way. Thank you, Nicole, for letting us stay in your home.
