Holiday rentals with a patio in Allston, Boston

Christin is an exceptional host and this property is really special. Spacious, and incredibly well-appointed with a playful mid-century modern vibe. The deck boasts a lovely view and this beautiful space was just what we needed during a hectic, family event-driven visit to the area. Christin is super-communicative and considerate host who anticipates guests’ every need—and then some! From a well-stocked kitchen to her list of local go-tos for food, drink, pampering and fun, she provided it all before we even thought of it. There was even a bottle of celebratory bubbly chilling in the fridge when we arrived. A top Airbnb experience!

Margarita is a friendly and responsive host. Her place was just like the pictures-so cute. I liked everything about the place. It was an easy walk to Center St. where there were shops and restaurants. Bus stops and commuter train were within walking distance for access to downtown Boston. The living space was nicely appointed. Everything was very clean and well supplied with toiletries. I would stay there again so definitely give it a high recommendation.

My family and I LOVED staying at Brooks' beautiful, peaceful and tranquil home. From the moment I reached out to this fantastic host, Brooks always responded quickly and answered any questions I had. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood and you are immediately greeted with a glimpse of how well decorated Brooks' home is when you step inside the door. The furnishings are comfortable while the space invites family conversations at the dining table or in the living area. The attention to detail throughout the unit is unmatched. You will find lovely pieces of art, a well appointed kitchen and all you will need to make a nice cup of coffee, tea or a meal. The beds are a dream and we slept for hours, not wanting to get up! The bathroom is perfect with special touches of rosemary & mint shampoo and beautiful little sea shells as decorations. The water pressure in the shower is a delight. I feel so fortunate to have stayed in Brooks special home! Thanks for being a great host!

This was exceptional. Becky's AirBnB is absolutely STUNNING!!! I think, quite honestly, it was the most beautiful accommodation I've ever stayed in. Becky thought of EVERYTHING, from the delightful snacks and beverages, to the notebook of fabulous restaurant and activity recommendations, plus the elegant and soothing seaside decor! Some of the plusses include a cozy gas fireplace, a great gas range to cook on, and an outdoor grill! We cooked up and grilled up some fabulous feasts during our stay! But the real treasure here is Becky herself. Although she grew up in Salem, she says she inherited her mama's Southern hospitality, and it definitely shows! She is warm and joyful, and my daughters and I feel we have made fast friends with her. We truly look forward to visiting Becky again!

Beautiful place! Would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well and replied back with any question I had within the hour. He recommended spot hero for parking that was so easy and worked out really well. We used uber to get into the city, was around 10-minute trip. Not bad at all! Will stay here again when coming to Boston!

Huanan’s appt in Beacon Hill was just perfect! We loved the neighborhood - so charming and close to everything including the train. The space was clean and tidy on a quiet street. We would definitely recommend to others visiting Boston. Also, Huanan is responsive and accommodating. Thanks again.

Great stay at Karl and Randy’s place - great location (a pleasant 10 min walk to Davis Square subway and with good local restaurants a few mins walk away), clean and well equipped apartment and easy check in and out. Would stay again!

We had a great stay. We only wish we would have had more time in the area. Nice quiet’s cozy place. Tv entertainment was awesome, clean kitchen as well. The beds were super comfortable. What stood out the most was the shower pressure, so good! Thanks again.

Oddays place was wonderful. They have plenty of amenities for guests. It’s an older house, but a very nice older New England home. We enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation we would give is for there to be a laminated card with the wifi name and password, as we didn’t locate it until the last evening of 3 nights there. It was on the Airbnb app but not very clear about how to get the password. That’s our only suggestion as there were older folks in the home as guests and they didn’t have access to the app. Thank you for hosting your Airbnb to us! We would stay again in any future trips to that area.

The location was perfect and relatively close to everywhere. We liked the 3 levels so that we each had some private space. Wonderful home to play board games in the dining room, watch documentaries on the Big Screen and nap in the afternoon. Very comfortable/livable space.

Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

Lauren was an excellent host! Cottage is absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home , she was very responsive and very helpful. This place has all the amenities, perfectly located for everything we had planned .

Joseph’s place was lovely. The home was spotless and hosted a family of four perfectly. The extra effort of a little snack basket upon arrival was a nice touch. We took full advantage! The location is a great jump off point for Boston and surrounding areas. Joseph was very responsive and easy to talk to. We would recommended.

This was the perfect location to enjoy the South End, and an easy walk everywhere (Copley, Prudential, Newbury Street). The place was comfortable and had everything we needed especially the fireplace on very cold May days. Leslie was incredibly responsive even on her special celebration weekend!!

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

This is my second time staying at The Salem Porch House. Alex is an exemplary host. She is warm and friendly and that reflects in the extra touches at the house. Comfortable, clean and convenient, I highly recommend Alex’s place when staying in Salem.

Super cozy space, very responsive Host!

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again
