We stayed here with 4 under 4 and the kiddos loved it! There was soooo much for them to do at the house - they never wanted to leave to do other things. The hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. There is even more toys than the pictures! Beds were comfy & kitchen was very well stocked! We enjoyed playing on the playground too!

Ryan’s place was fantastic and exactly as described. It’s clear the home is well cared for and we genuinely loved our time here. Thank you, Ryan!

Lovely house with water views right within a quick drive of many Seattle area attractions. We had a great stay for a May wedding in the area. Allison has put a lot of thought into the house, with fun games, comfortable beds, and clear instructions for everything. Nearby Poulsbo is high on our list of recommendations.

Eight friends (four couples) joined my husband and I to celebrate my birthday with a getaway weekend for pickleball and relaxation. Laura's home was spacious and more than comfortable for our group. The kitchen is well-stocked, the patio dining lovely. Saturday morning was rainy. We enjoyed relaxing on the very-comfortable deck by the fire pit with books and conversation. It was cozy and didn't dampen the weekend whatsoever as the accommodations were so lovely. We loved the pickleball court and had a fabulous weekend stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat on Harstine Island! The home is located in a quiet, gated community that felt very safe with easy access to the shared private beach and community clubhouse. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, especially with the beautiful blooming azeleas! It’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the beauty of the Puget Sound. We can’t wait to come back!

The communication with Jenny was great, the check-in process effortless, the location amazing and the house overcomplete - every ingredient for a great stay. Would come again and highly recommend!

This property is amazing! The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond! They made me feel very comfortable, and were a pleasure to rent from, especially for such a last minute weekend excursion. I do want everyone who rents here to be aware that it is very important to stay within the property and that includes the beach. The neighbors are not comfortable with renters venturing past the property line. But the oysters right in the backyard beach of the Airbnb were SOOO good, and plentiful! I overlooked a message with important information such as, WiFi password, the rule regarding the beach access, and sauna instructions. This is my own mistake, I want everyone to be vigilant so you don’t have any hiccups like us along the way! Again, the hosts are amazing, respectable, and kind people with a beautiful, fun rental. Understand the rules, respect the neighbors privacy, and rent this Airbnb it was amazing!

We spent our christmas holiday for 10 days at Sam's property with my two grandkids and my daughter and her husband. It was absolutely magical. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and cold plunged! The kids loved the house and literally cried when we had to leave. The backyard is perfect for kids. We really gave the fireplace a workout. It is a really beautiful wood burning (can't find that too often) fireplace that added to the coziness of the home. The layout of the home is perfect for families. It has a great room that allows you to see everything going on which is very relaxing when travelling with a 3 and 4 year old. The kitchen has spacious countertops and top end appliances. The home has 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms that are all full bathrooms with showers or tub. The view from the house is outstanding. I will miss waking up to that view with my coffee. I would highly recommend. Sam - thank you for helping make this stay perfect!

Having stayed at dozens of rental homes around the country, its easy for me when I come across a standout like this property. The home is possibly the best appointed rental I have ever stayed in. If you intend to hang out at the house and enjoy the scenery, the back yard and kitchen are perfectly set up to entertain your guests. My family and I did not notice a single thing that we wanted or needed that was not on hand. Anyone looking to rent a property in this area of Washington, I would highly recommend this home! Im sure I will be back one day.

My husband and I had a great stay with our Sailor over the Thanksgiving holidays. The property was a perfect place to host several of his friends for Thanksgiving dinner. Overall, the best part of the stay was the communication with the Stewarts. They were always super responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

We enjoyed our stay at the groovy lagoon very much! The hosts thought of everything from spices to having a big bottle or olive oil on hand, umbrellas, lots of beach towels. The kayaks were great but one doesn’t have a back rest which makes for a tougher time relaxing on it. The deck is lovely and we spent a lot of time out there, it could use an outdoor sofa but I understand it rains and might get moldy. The living room was a little smaller than the pictures and just has a small seat and the couch. If our whole family was there we wouldn’t all fit in the couch. Overall we loved our stay here and even when it was windy out the deck is super protected and calm. The heated floor in the bathroom was nice as well. The bedding was nice. It’s actually a 10 min drive to gig harbor but we liked being away from the hustle of the harbor to be honest.

Alex provided a small house, consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bathroom in the hallway. There is also a comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and laundry in the house. He has a strong heater and an air conditioner/dehumidifier unit. The place is spotless. Also on the property is a separate small dry/wet sauna, and a separate yoga studio. The design and aesthetics are quite calm and relaxing. The property is part of a large development alongside the southern portion of Lake Cushman, and you a provided a pass to use the private parks and docks in this neighborhood. The house is about 20 minutes away from the Staircase portion of Olympic National Park, and is about 7 minutes from the town of Hoodsport, which has a nice grocery store. There is a detailed instruction manual in the house, which is helpful to figure out how to operate some of the amenities. Alex was immediately responsive to questions. Overall, an amazing place.

Wonderful get away with amazing views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. All the necessities and more. The outside patio space was perfect for meals, games, and relaxing. Having a full kitchen and an outdoor gas grill made meals easy and enjoyable, not having to eat out saved time and money. And pet friendly made it that much more of a family experience. Lane's place met all our needs and she was a wonderful host. We would highly recommend her place!

My family had an amazing getaway at this place. The view of the water was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. I think our favorite part was the master bath and the Japanese hot tub. The place was pristine and Melanie was very responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is beautiful, quiet, and private. There is a staircase from the property directly down to the beach. We'd originally planned on visiting the public beaches on the island, but ended up spending the entire weekend at the property as it had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hammock, fire pit, cornhole, and the visiting deer! The air hockey and ping pong tables were also great to have when we needed a break from the sun. Very much recommend Alicia's place and we hope to stay again!

We feel so lucky to have rented this beautiful home for a long weekend. Everything is thoughtfully prepared for a relaxing, worry-free stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bedrooms are cozy with warm comforters and soft pillows, and the bathrooms are spotless and modern. The whole house is beautifully designed, and you can truly feel how much the owners love and care for it. The outdoor area is just as inviting—comfortable and well set up for enjoying the sunshine. We were able to use the kayaks and paddle boards thanks to the great weather, and the decks are fully equipped with a grill, heaters, and cozy furniture for gathering and relaxing. The view is absolutely stunning, adding even more magic to every morning and evening spent outside. A special thank you to Matthew and Carrie, whose hospitality went above and beyond. They made us feel genuinely cared for, and it was clear how much thought and heart they put into making guests feel welcome.

What a beautiful place!! Right on Hood Canal!! we had a sea lion visitor with us during our stay, he came out everyday and there were jelly fish too... yikes. The house was gorgeous, very clean and had everything we needed! the kayaks were a great hit with the kids. The boat unfortunately didn't have oars so we're were unable to use it but the the kayaks worked great! it was amazing to sit on the deck and watch the water and drink my coffee!! It even had games and things for the kids to do when the water was choppy and we couldn't kayak. The boys ended up playing Family Guy Monopoly several times!! Overall, beautiful place and I would definitely stay again!

Thank you for letting the group stay here. It was meant to be a girls getaway but it turned into a family trip. I had some many requests done last minute but the hosts did not hesitate to assist. Beautiful place, relaxing and it looks way more beautiful than the photos! It felt good to be out in a peaceful area without driving too far!

The Beach House is absolutely magical. We went as a multi-generational family, and there was ample space for all of us. We had two small children (3 and 4) and the entire space felt very safe for them to run around and play in. The views of the water are spectacular; whether you are inside the house, or out on any of the multiple outdoor spaces in the back yard. We also used the kayaks on the property, and had a great time on the water. Each day of our stay we cooked our food in the well-equipped kitchen. Each of the rooms were beautifully decorated and have comfortable furnishings. My husband was most impressed with the thoughtful placement of the phone chargers throughout the house. Randy has anticipated his guests and their needs; providing a true home away from home! I would recommend The Beach House for anyone, but especially for those who want either peaceful relaxation or fun adventures!!
