Beachfront holiday rental in Almardà

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

It's a pleasure to disconnect on the beach, to be able to stay there listening to it and feeling the breeze.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely love to come back for another vacation! Muchas gracias!

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

Hosts' hospitality was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

We have repeated and will do it again. The apartment is great and Belén is very attentive. 100% recommended.

We had a very good stay at Miguel’s. We came in October and did note that the “town” was not very lively with nothing other than the beach as a diversion. The apartment itself is well equipped and we made great use of the upper deck with barbecue. There are sun shade to protect from the heat. The pool too was a great area and Miguel supplied chairs that you could take pool side as well. The kitchen had everything apart from a toaster but the oven broiler was a good substitute. The underground parking is secure and amply sized. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was located in the front entryway and did just a barely adequate job of keeping the bedroom temperature well regulated .

Antonio’s place was among the cleanest we’ve stayed in. The area is beautiful, the condo is perfect, and has everything families need. Antonio went above and beyond to organize a taxi with car seats for us which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend his place!

We had a wonderful weekend. The apartment is great, just a 4-minute walk from the beach. Clean and functional, in a quiet and family-friendly development. We arrived later than expected due to an incident on the road and Tamara and Carlos waited for us very kindly. We feel at home. Thank you so much!

we stayed at Cristina's place which I can definitely say was amazing. She was a superb host with prompt communication. The place is still new, clean and very comfy. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the flat and there are many restaurants and shops around. The balcony was fabulous where we had the chance to have a delicious dinner while enjoying sunset. Air condition was very good and 2 bathrooms were useful. The place also offers a safe lift if you have accessibility needs. Overall, we're happy that we chose this place and many thanks to Cristina for being an extraordinary host!

We would like to say a massive thanks to Alberto & Lorena as they have been wonderful hosts. The apartment is very clean with the most comfortable beds and duvets we have ever had. It is in a great location with many fantastic restaurants nearby for each taste. The beach is pristine and it is less than 5 minutes away. Any question was answered immediately by Alberto and recommendations given were great to their core. We felt like at home, and everyone will, if decides to have a great holiday at Alberto & Lorena’s place. Absolutely fantastic, thank you both once again!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We liked everything very much. The location, the apartment is comfortable, clean. The owner is sociable and responsive. I recommend it.

It is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The beach is visible from the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. There are pots, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen. Recommend!

The stay at the villa was magnificent. The house exceeds all the expectations that the photographs create. It's incredibly more beautiful there than in photos. The sunsets were a luxury. On Friday we were able to use the barbecue overlooking the sea and it was amazing. Having breakfast every day on that terrace with those views filled your spirit. Many thanks to Mario and his wife for always responding so quickly and for their kindness. The house was impeccable and the stay was perfect.
