Holiday rentals with a patio in Almaty

The mega center shopping mall is right next door, so we loved using the amenities. The transportation facilities are also good, so you can go anywhere in Almaty Cine in 20 minutes. When the weather is nice, you can also see the wonderful mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at Bauyrzhan's property! The place was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, with a 24-hour halal café, a halal Turkish restaurant, and a supermarket all just a short walk away. Bauyrzhan was an excellent host — very patient, courteous, and always quick to respond to any questions. His communication made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Almaty. Thanks a million, Bauyrzhan 😃

Cozy apartment, good location, close to supermarkets, plaza, shops, everything is within walking distance! A great place to stay for those who go to the Shymbulak ski resort. I left the house - I took a bus and you are already at the ski resort

Kamilas place was very comfortable and I'd recommend this highly to anyone looking to stay in Almaty. She is a wonderful host and she was very helpful and quick to respond. She was thoughtful enough to equip the house with everything a traveller might need. There are lots of shops in the building itself that are open 24/7 and that makes things so convenient. there's a nice playground for kids as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The area is amazing with lots of restaurant / cafe options, complex has playground for baby. The host is flexible with early check in and being supportive through out the process. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, good location

Fantastic airbnb. Clean, spacious, exactly like in the photos. Would book again in a heartbeat. Only issue is that during the summer, since only one of the bedrooms has A/C, it gets a bit hot in that room. But Marzhan graciously provides a fan to help out!

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

Really great place not so far from sky station I come with my friends and I really recommend the staff are really kind! Best place for enjoying with friends or family.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Hello! Our group of 7 adult males used 2 rental cars and stayed for 3 nights. The host was friendly and actively guided and communicated. The accommodation is located in a place overlooking the city of Almaty and the perennial snow of the Tianshan Mountains, and provides a comfortable and peaceful daily life. In the fully equipped accommodation, our group was able to take a comfortable and relaxing break and travel to Kazakhstan and Almaty. HIghly recommended host and apartment. The apartment was in the geometric center. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are closeby. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped. Kate was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Very quick and responsive. Also, recommend using them for local tours as Kate and Aidos make very nice personal tours. All in all, will use them again on our next trip!

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!
